Let's say this, Deebo was barely on the field last year and is getting hurt alot. He's not what he was by a long shot. That said, for a 5th, heck yes I would take him. Facing that guy twice a year also makes me sick.

Not so sure he's the same as he was a couple years ago. He's a physical receiver that's taken a lot of hits. There's a reason they traded him. Good weapon none the less for Washington. The NFC East suddenly is stacked again. I'm sure Giants will draft a QB and contend now. NFC East isn't gonna be a cakewalk anymore.

He might be washed as others have mentioned but I can appreciate the Commodes willingness to take on salary while their QB is on a rookie deal.

The issue I have is not how the Cowboys are not spending big money now with the half a dozen legit star players they need to pay.

Instead it is that they did not do so while Dak was on his rookie deal and have been cheap the whole way.

They have a strategic vision and it sucks.

going to hate it more if he gets it together and is running all over us and we can't tackle him

And they STILL think they're good at their job.

Deebo might play 6-8 full games this year. But with our luck he will have his best games against us. At least Washington is trying to get better, being aggressive. I respect that

You guys are in love from 2 years ago. He’s washed and can’t stay healthy now. Good move for San Fran for getting a 5th for someone they were about to cut.

Deebo had 51 catches for 670 yards and 3 TDs last year in 15 games. Our No. 2 receiver, Cooks, had 26 for 259 yards and 3 TDs in 10 games.

I'd take Deebo for a fifth. He put up No. 2 numbers and we could use a better No. 2 than what we had.

BTW, for a washed player, his numbers were pretty consistent with his career. He's only had one season with more than 60 catches and more than 892 yards.
