Well, like I said in the game thread, the missed hold on Eze when Mahomes threw his last touchdown was criminal.

But the Chiefs had some bad calls go against them too.

NFL officiating is terrible

You bet there’s no consistency and the PI calls were terrible but it’s a weekly thing in the NFL. They really need to fix the PI roughing the passer and illegal contact rules.

Still think the tackling is bad, and Murray continues to be exposed, but all of a sudden, we have a decent defense instead of the absolute worst in the league. And that's all we need!

The thing for me was for the defense to reach the good enough level while the offense continues to produce.
They are now playing at a good enough level to get a few stops to help the offense.

I think it was the level that most of us wanted earlier in the year.
If you can't see that they're extremely better since Q was acquired and the injured guys returned, I don't know what to tell ya.

Q has made a big diffence.
He is getting help with Clark in the middle.

But Osa is the one really getting the help. For the last few seasons he was about the only
viable 3 tech and would always get worn down in the second half of the season. Still early but I think it is making a difference.

They are finding ways of getting pressure without that Parsons type of pass rusher. EZ, Clowney, Fowler and Williams are making a few plays here and there but Q is the man.

Secondary getting a little healthier helps as well. I think the line play is helping the LBs but the DBs do not look as lost as they were earlier in the season with a hodge podge of backups in the DB corp.

We will be tested next week with the best rushing offense.

AVERAGES...look it up. The defense has given up less on average since the bye and We won against two teams that last year we would have lost to and I doubt even you can twist your self against that.

Or better yet, quit finding things to whine about and try to bring down positive threads.

Pickens, Javonte, Kenny, Q, and 55 have helped us on both sides of the ball. But I agree, Q has massively helped the D, massive impact everywhere

Well obviously there’s been other players we’ve added. But our defense went from laughable to smash mouth with Q. I guess to be fair Q, Revel, Overshown and Wilson completely changed the D. I underestimated how good Overshown and Revel would be and Quinnen turned us into a legit run stuffing defense. We haven’t stopped the run like this in a very long time. But I agree with your point, it was more than Q.
