Defense has turned around

In a must win game for the defending AFC Champions where you score 31?

Deal. I'll take it.
When do we stop judging teams based on last year? I think we're deep enough into this season to stop that.

This year's version of the Chiefs is not a playoff team.

Game Information

Notice we got 5 first downs from penalties to KC's ZERO
and they had more overall penalties then we did for twice the yardage

I think giving up 28 to Mahomes is quite respectable considering who we were giving up 40 to earlier in the season
Nearly a thousand yards of offense across two games in four days.

I’ve said this before, many times, but I can’t believe the impact one player has had on this defense. It’s like 2 totally different teams. It’s amazing.
Pickens, Javonte, Kenny, Q, and 55 have helped us on both sides of the ball. But I agree, Q has massively helped the D, massive impact everywhere

We need some help at LB and another good CB and two new safeties to make this D an outfit that can win games on its own

Right now it is good enough to win most games as long as the O does not fall asleep
Not sure the D is good enough to carry the whole load yet

The chiefs got 33 first downs last week against the colts, along with nearly 500 yards.

Today, they got 19 first downs and 362 yards.
You need to look at context.

The Chiefs played at home in their open stadium. The Colts are a dome team. The Colts couldn’t sustain any drives the second half.

The Cowboys drives were eating up clock.

Man, why are you dwelling on the negative ? There was much much more positives from todays play. So much more , but you seem to want to be a Debbie downer. Makes no sense when the team just played balls to the wall and showed a lot of guts. Thats not something weve seen in a long time
it’s his football identity. He posts negative comments 24/7/365 and proudly roots for us to lose every game.

He never takes even a moment of satisfaction or happiness when it comes to the team.

I noticed no one complaining about the refs today, Jerry must of paid them very well this morning

It's hard to be happy when you watch your team self sabatage their draft position.

They could win out still not make the playoffs.

Well, like I said in the game thread, the missed hold on Eze when Mahomes threw his last touchdown was criminal.

But the Chiefs had some bad calls go against them too.

NFL officiating is terrible
