So? Does the defense not get paid to make stops? Or do you think that Cooper Rush would be able to win when a defense giving up 34 points and 500 yards. Since I saw you in the game thread making this claim that the defense would somehow be playing better with Cooper Rush as the QB.

Defense was the reason we lost today. 1 sack would of ended the game against 2 backups and they couldn’t do it. Can’t call yourself elite if you give up over 30 points.

You saw a talent difference at the most important position on the field today(QB).

The stats literally back up that teh defense played better with Rush.

Are you one of those that think Dak's historic INT rate somehow helps the defense out?

Are you slow? Lawrence GAVE the defense a fumble. He even threw a few incompletions to NO ONE. And still it wasn't enough. Please go back to the Eagles forum we have enough stupidity on this site as is.

Every team is fighting through injuries. Pass rush has literally disappeared overnight.

This has more to do with other teams watching film and making adjustments. Quinn needs to adapt asap or it's going to be a long remainder of the season

Did you not see me criticize Dak for the INT he threw in overtime? You just seem to want to put all of the blame on Dak and say that the defense doesn't have to do their jobs and that it's okay for them to give up 500 yards and 34 points. You are giving the defense excuses and are now giving Cooper Rush the credit for how they were playing earlier in the season,. like he was on the field with them.

Throwing INTs at a historic rate is a problem.

Blame whoever you want, but that can't be ignored.

They allowed 40. Absolutely, terrible Defense! So much for Parsons being DPOY. Spends more time in twitter. He along with Tank have been mia! Will lose on the road in first round in Wild card weekend

Pick 6's don't count against the defense.

So they didn't give up 40.

They gave up 34. Just like Trevor Lawrence's defense gave up.

I already stated that Dak's INTs are a problem. Seems like you're the one who are making excuses for the defense. Name any team who has won the Super Bowl in a game in which their defense gave up 500 yards. Since you believe it's all on the QB play. Or how often have teams won a Super Bowl with a defense who gives up 500 yards, again since you say it's all on the QB to make the defense play better.

I agree Daks interceptions are a huge problem and cost us games, but Parsons and the D are also way over rated!! Giving up 40 points is unacceptable!!

Perhaps the most over rated defense ever. Gave up 34 points, 500 yards and 66% on 3rd down. Unless you have the 81 Chargers offense that will lose you a lot of games.
