Umm. Those guys are startersCowboys didn’t have their starting left tackle or center and they started rookies. No excuses.

Can you read? I just said they didn’t look as good. That’s not “otherwise”.BS. Our offense stank in the second half; stop trying to claim otherwise
They are still rookies. Myles Garrett vs Guyton is a advantage to them.Umm. Those guys are starters
Containment and gap integrity were noticeable today. Zimmer is all about that. Honestly, he's never had talent like this as the Dallas DC before. I'm cautiously optimistic. The pressure was good but the DBs and linebackers tackled well and didn't allow much yac....
It seems like the offense and plan are too hyper-aware on the current score if they get a big lead going into the next half. They seem to become the Dallas Turtles if they have a lead. Like uber-conservative. Why don't they play like it is 0-0 and try to make it 7-3 again like in the first half? It's basically playing "not to lose" to me and that is a mental recipe for disaster. Maybe I'm wrong.BS. Our offense stank in the second half; stop trying to claim otherwise
I don't see the Saints offense destroying them either. The defense always had a ton of talent. I think run stopping just needed to be a priority. All the stop the run on your way to the qb stuff only works with a lead and against lesser teams. The browns did not have either starting OTs and their Starting RB.
Just something to keep in mind.
That isn’t what you said - you said we were missing players. We weren’t. Starting rookies by choice and players being hurt aren’t the sameThey are still rookies. Myles Garrett vs Guyton is an advantage to them.
One post in and can’t help yourself to shift the goal posts from the OP topic … using some silly fallacy no less.Cowboys didn’t have their starting left tackle or center and they started rookies. No excuses.
It’s not the same in regards to an outlook on the season. But in regards to the first gsme of the season? Yes this team had an uphill batttle trying to replace Biadiz and Tyron. We had rookies out there at least they had vets. That isn’t what you said - you said we were missing players. We weren’t. Starting rookies by choice and players being hurt aren’t the same
You guys keep using that word “agenda”…what exactly is the agenda? The Browns have a great defense. Our offense was solid in the first round. Not so much in the second. What agenda? One post in and can’t help yourself to shift the goal posts from the OP topic … using some silly fallacy no less.
What did having our 2 rookies start on the O line have to do with the OP? Nothing. But we can see the agenda.
D definitely carried the team today, not sure if Cleveland had a healthy starting Oline it would have mattered. Nice to see real LB and be done with the hybrid Quinn nonsense. Watson is washed and the D did a great job especially when the offense went to sleep 2nd half.
The problem is the team knew they pretty much had the W at half time and they let off the gas, especially on the Offense. That mentality has gotta go...For a first game, it was sloppy as expected. Dak and the offense did squat the second half. And that was with great field position. The defense was better but ran out of gas in the 4th quarter.
Just take the win and onto the next one.
ExactlyNaw let’s not do that because I heard all week how Miles Garrett was gonna kill the rookie. We had two inexperienced rookies at two crucial positions and a rookie on Amari. I ain’t trying to hear that excuse especially since people had us losing.
New Orleans should be a perfect team for home opener . I like Dallas chances. As far as the Browns I over estimated them , Watson in particular . That trade with the Texans looks terrible . They had a graphic during the game the Browns when Watsons out are winning more then when he’s playing . Ouch.
Impossible, different personnel and coach. It is not the same.It DOES matter, we can go back the past couple of seasons and find people saying the same thing about those defenses. It's no wonder Jerry doesn't change, fans like y'all
It’s important to know though the Browns are suppose to be a quality opponent…..who knows though new year.I remember how gassed everyone was for our defense last year after shutting out the giants 40-0
What did you think about the defense? It DOES matter, we can go back the past couple of seasons and find people saying the same thing about those defenses. It's no wonder Jerry doesn't change, fans like y'all
Lol we heard that when Quinn took over. Again, this was expectedImpossible, different personnel and coach. It is not the same.
