Offense, at one point, had a 28 point lead, and scored 41 points, and still, the game was way too close.

McClain looks injured. Carter going through the motions. Hitch not good the last few weeks.

DL invisible. S's terrible. Outside of OSCan, CB's average (Moore) to below (Carr).

Can anyone rise to the occasion this year?

If not, how many new players does this unit need next year?

Honestly think a lot of this comes from an invisible pass rush and the 3 man rush. Qbs have all day to make their reads and pick us apart. Need to blitz more often.

What a shock the guy who had us losing this game and losing out looking for something else to scurry around and find.

I credit the players for stepping up and allowing us to have a big lead. RM, come see me after the team meeting lol.

It really needs a significant overhaul. People will pretend there's a bunch of keepers but the next time the Cowboys have a quality defense almost all of these guys won't be on the roster.

It is beyond words bad.

Not once did I say we'd lose. NOT ONCE.

Sure, I was uncomfortable (especially after the onside kick), and I suspect that most were slightly uneasy.

Try to stick to the topic, because again, this defense was spotted a 28 point lead and it wasn't over until the Oscan INT.

The pass defense is crap because we get no pass rush. It's pathetic. I scream at my tv when I see Rod rushing three or having a d-lineman dropping in coverage. Rod Marinelli is an overrated d coordinator. He's just an excellent postion coach. His scheme leaves a lot to be desired.

Wait - you started a thread about defensive ineptitude and yet blamed Romo in the Denver loss in the game thread? Am I right about that or did I miss something.
