The fact that we are even discussing this to this extent is puzzling. Talking heads are talking heads. Prime just happens to be where lots of folks hear him. I reserve any thoughts on whether we can or cannot do anything until after Thursday's game. If we win, there will be some reason to be optimistic. The Eagles are a dumpster fire and the Commanders are in a similar situation. In Philly they hate the coach. In Washington their offensive line stinks and their defensive line (except Kerrigan) stinks also. Couple that with average at best linebackers and a putrid secondary and no one should fear them. BTW, check out the Commanders rushing totals yesterday. E gads!!.

PS. I still think the Giants will win the East and not only because their record, but because they have a good defensive coordinator, a Super Bowl winning quarterback and they have a two game lead on us.

The Jints still have plenty of time to go into their annual swoon.

What they need is a little pressure to help them.

We'll see.

That guy is the most bitter, acidic, hateful guy. Complete failure with that school he helped start. Complete failure with his wife. And if he can't spread hate and misery he's as out of place as the Grinch in whoVille.

Everyone stop and say a prayer for that man's soul. He needs it.

Why attack him with ad hominems, what he said was factually correct. You attacked everything about him personally, and ignored what he said.

First interception his receiver ran wrong route.

Second interception the receiver tipped ball up in air.

Deion is an idiot

Even at 10-0 I don't buy into the Panthers. They play in the NFC south. There's 6 wins. They play th NFC east. There's at least 3 more wins. And they play the AFC south. That's 13 wins against sub par competition.

They've only played 2 of their division games, and won both of them, the Cowboys have played 3 of the 4 South teams and lost all three and are home dogs to the 4th South team in Carolina. They've only played 2 East teams, and dominated both of them, while we're 2-2 against the East. They've beaten the two favorites for the NFC in Seattle (at home) and the Packers. Are the Panthers unbeatable, of course not, but to sit there and dismiss them based on what you just posted is ridiculous.

Both Ints were partly on our WRs for not recognising the blitz and not coming back for the ball.

Well then I am glad Romo got to shake the rust off vs the Dolphins and not the Panthers.

I don't really buy into them it's the defense and Cam you buy into.

So far this year Carolina has beaten
Seattle
Green bay
Philly
Indy
etc

They also won a playoff game last year.

Other than New England (who's not on their schedule) Who else do you want them to beat in a 10 game stretch.

".....You can get away with that against the Dolphin, but not the Panthers, something, something, something, Cowboys are not a Super Bowl team."

I'm not sure why everyone is so wadded up over his comments.

1. Romo had no time on that 1st INT but it's Romo. He has to just throw that away. I don't care if it's an intention grounding penalty because he spiked it into the ground. We came away from that with zero points. Had he just spiked it into the ground and ducked, we would base been in good shape for a 45 yard fg. I believe we were down on the 12 when that happened. Gotta come away with points every time we get down there. So, while many want to agree with seeing Romo fussing Dez out and putting it all on Dez, I put it on both.

2. You cannot make those mistakes against a Panthers team that will be buzzing with excitement to be on the big stage where they have an opportunity to further etch their arrival into the minds of the doubters that are still out there. I called this a trap game in chat but was reminded that Carolina has a lot of reasons to come into this nationally televise game with major chips on their shoulders.

We have to play the perfect game and I believe we can with Romo back in the saddle. So Deion was right. Why all the fuss?

It will be corrected. Yesterday was the first full game Romo and Dez played together.

ESPN commentator just trotted this gem out: " Romo has multiple picks in 2 of his 3 starts this season."

Funny thing is that the game where he didn't throw multiple picks was the game the offense struggled to move the ball.

The problem with what Sanders said has more to do with the follow up question. The rest of them asked Sanders if he would consider the Cowboys a possible contender if they beat Carolina on Thursday, the team Sanders had just got done touting as a Super Bowl team. Sanders still would not recognize the Cowboys as a contender even if they beat Carolina. It's obvious he has a certainly level of distain for the Cowboy organization.

By the way, there is NO bigger Cowboy hater than Marshall Faulk. It's like Jerry stole his girlfriend or something.
