Anyone who knows anything about football knows Romo has never thrown an interception that was his fault. Blame the WR, OL, coaches, "rust", or even global warming; but don't blame Romo. He is above reproach and the best QB ever. Hell, he might be the greatest human being ever.
Eh - I prefer your sarcasm as to the other end of it that went on for years - you know that one - every single loss was his mistake, he's the reason why we haven't won a Super Bowl, he's the reason we went 8-8 three straight years, etc.
The difference is those idiots were serious.
So yeah - I'm not blaming him for anything, anymore ever because he took a merciless beating by the media and fans for a long time and didn't say a word and went out and busted his *** and tried to get better and improve year after year. Now finally, he's in that rare point in a career where the game has slowed down and he's in complete control and was within one of the worst calls in NFL history away from a possible NFC Championship game and a trip to the Super Bowl.
And now, the curtain has been pulled back and we've seen the awful truth of who the team is without him. In the sweetest of ironies, your sarcasm has morphed into the truth - Tony Romo is above reproach and he is the last reason we won't win while he's still playing because we would never be in a position to win without him.
So please by all means keep repeating it - over and over and over.
