This seems to happen a couple of times a year.

The Airline is at fault and the FAA is at fault.

The Airline because they HIRE the morons that allowed this to happen

And the FAA is at fault for not fining the airlines big time for letting this happen

In that heat, I would have found a way to bust out of that plane after 45 minutes. There is no excuse to sit on the tarmac for three hours under those conditions.

.. I would have stripped down, to my boxers. Chilled with coke and chips. ;).. Asked for compensation at the gate.

I was just in Vegas a few days ago. I drove, it was 128 degrees in Death Valley.

First time I’ve ever heard of passengers passing out.

Depends on where you are and where you are going.

Simplest was most of the time is to go by car. The number doing that versus flying is IMMENSE.
Can’t drive to Asia or Europe or Africa or much anywhere except the US, Canada.
