Your comment speaks negatively of Demarcus' speaking ability. I personally have never found this to be the case.

I also believe it may be oversight on his part regarding Free; however, that has nothing to do with being a good speaker. Let's be responsible with the words we use.

I'm going by a past experience I had with Demarcus when he couldn't spell the word "cardiac." My friend wanted him to sign a helmet saying "Cardiac Cowboys" and he signed it "Cardiack Cowboys." Now that one instance obviously can't judge Demarcus as a whole, but I was going by my personal experience I had. These guys are football players, not public or motivational speakers; they say things in the heat of the moment without thinking sometimes. I didn't mean to offend you or anyone.

Maybe it was a diss and maybe it wasnt, none of us know for a fact what Ware actually thinks of Free. The whole point is that it really doesnt matter guys, so everybody needs to just calm down.


Free will either be able to handle the job or he wont when the ball is snapped, period!!!!!



As for drafting a LT, there are no starting LTs at #27 so everybody thinking we are going to draft a replacement for Flo are going to be highly dissappointed. Also, how many teams with rookie LTs have made it to the SuperBowl???

I'm a Free supporter and even I took Ware's nonresponse as him not thinking Free is the answer. I still think Free has what it takes, but to dismiss this is blind homerism. He didn't mention Free because he doesn't consider him a legitimate candidate to replace Flo. I think Free will prove him wrong, but we will see.

when I get a chance I will. And I can pretty much tell you knowing wares personality in interviews I wont take it as a stab at free in anyway.

Especially when I heard bradie james on the radio support doug free today. And if there was a sentiment that free cant play in the locker room Bradie is a guy that talks straight in interviews and he would have said it straight out.

So again, Nothing to it. When ware is asked a direct question about free get back to me, cause I guarantee it wont be a negative comment or a diss.

I normally am not a person that deciphers hidden messages or whatever, but when I heard this it just stuck out like a sore thumb. Just his tone and the bold suggestion of actually bringing Flo back without ever mentioning Free.

Like he almost feels disappointed with our current LT situation

Like I mentioned earlier, we'll see if the media picks up on it and asks him to clarify his statement. Either he really believes the Cowboys should bring FLO back or draft his replacement because the current option is not good enough, or he meant something else.

Either way, the Cowboys decision makers are going with what they feel is the best option, and that's the bottom line.
