This......as mentioned earlier. He's angry coz he feels disrespected. Now to see they didn't even make him an offer.
I’m not dumping on Dlaw cause I liked him as a player, but it would drive me crazy when he wound rush up field and then immediately jump inside and then get pinned when teams would bootleg or run outside. He consistently gave up a big first down on a QB bootleg when everyone new it was coming, except him!
I'm sorry I just don't see ANY scenario where I am going to defend Jerry and his idiot son from criticism. He was never a performer on some of the most important losses despite being paid elite money . For him to not take part of the responsibility is selfish and show lack of character and teamwork. He kept cashing checks and not performing and now he comes out with such statements.
The criticism of the front office is right but not from an underperforming player who was a big part of the on field failures.
That loser just left to a weaker Team that is in full rebuild. He would have had a better chance sticking it out in Dallas. We all know he left simply for more money. THAT IS THE TRUTH. Just like you sticking around following this team while you continue to backstab and bash it. Do yourself a favor, pull a D-Law and go follow another team! Cowboys Nation doesn't need any more backstabbing Benedict Arnolds like you.
Almost every player who leaves says the same thing. Dlaw has been a very good player and Micah is a super star. The problem here is not the players, it’s the front officeDlaw is like micah. All talk no action when things get real. He says this but his agent was talking to the cowboys to come back. Another fraud defense player
A status quo off season? I see it more of a down grading off season. We are a less talent roster today and maybe one of our FA signings actually looks like a solid contributor.I’m for it honestly.
The more scrutinized they are the better.
Doing the status quo offseason deserves a ton of hate.
ThisI don't intend for this question to be offensive, because everyone certainly has the right to their own opinion and how they view the team.
But how many seasons, coaches and players do we have to go through before it is safe to say that the only common denominator for 30 years of lack of success (deep playoff run/SB which should be the goal) is the Jones boys and that nothing will get better (other than by blind luck) until they allow they boys to be run like a professional organization with a real GM?
I was one of those positive patient fans for about 10 years until I saw the same pattern repeat itself over and over again.
So what make people positive or give the Jones boys the benefit of the doubt?
fanLet me ask you something. How much have you invested into the Cowboys in your life? How many games per year at home and on the road do you attend. Ohhh wait, you buy a Jersey and get on CZ and you think you can tell people who actually have the right to criticize the team, to leave? You’re a joke. Don’t tell people who actually have skin in the game they aren’t a fan.
What’s funny is Jerry and Steven have you brainwashed enough to think they have more of a chance than the other 31 teams in the league. The last 30 years is more than enough proof that “sane” people need to know the Cowboys have less chance than almost every team in the NFL to ever win a superbowl.
You’re delusional!!
Yep. Have a look at the schedule for next year. They’ll be lucky to win 7 gamesA status quo off season? I see it more of a down grading off season. We are a less talent roster today and maybe one of our FA signings actually looks like a solid contributor.
It almost always comes down to the money. Football is their job, their business, and they want to make as much as they can in their relatively short career. You occasionally get a player who has been good with his money to the point that success becomes bigger than pay, but most just want to make as much as they can before their careers are over. You’re right, if it wasn’t money then he wouldn’t have met with the Cowboys prior to FA as was reported.
100pct. This loser with all the injuries and mediocre play at a critical position was a part of the problem. Jerry is the big issue but losing players like Lawrence are too. Good riddance to this clown.Dlaw is like micah. All talk no action when things get real. He says this but his agent was talking to the cowboys to come back. Another fraud defense player
