Demarcus Lawerence on leaving Cowboys: I know for sure I'm never going to win a SB there

Lawrence is just confirming what we said about Micah with his response to Micah's tweet. Micah is a diva and more interested with off the field social crap than winning.

Micah is currently getting by on being an athletic freak. That stuff fades before everything else.

Did you see the comments from Osa, Diggs and Chauncey? All are also taking shots at Lawrence.

I don’t think any of us are qualified to claim anything resembling true insight on the disputes, but it’s much more complicated than a tweet that allows Zoners to justify their personal agendas about anything that’s going on.

Please show me all the plays Lawrence made in the playoffs I would LOVE to see them
Are you forgetting the Detroit game in 2014, his rookie season? He had a sack and 2 fumble recoveries on Detroit's last drive alone (he lost one), including his sack fumble to end the game. Probably the most clutch playoff defensive performance in either Romo's or Dak's playoff careers.

....Lawrence is saying exactly what we have been saying. So yes, we do have insight because Micah does it publicly. Also those guys are bums.

Mr. Business Decision himself chimed in? The same guy that flapped his gums and ran off twitter because he was also getting too stupid for social media? That guy?

""It's toxic," Diggs said, via the Cowboys' official website. "I used to be on Twitter a lot, but I'm in camp. I'm trying to focus. I'm trying to lock in and just be better every day."

Diggs was also saying stupid crap. He then said stupid crap to a reporter who he had to apologize to. This isn't new in Jerry World, the culture breeds these types of divas. Lawrence got fed up with it and now he's in a place he can speak up about it.

That's funny. Lawrence is acting like he left. Dallas showed no interest in re-signing him because it was going to cost too much for an older player coming off injury.

I appreciate Lawrence's efforts while he was here. He worked hard to get all he could out of his body. I don't have a problem with the player or what he said, but he's in Seattle now because the Seahawks are paying him what he wanted.

Cowboys didn't need to show interest if he always had plans on leaving either way. One doesn't cancel out the other.

That would be true. I guess we don't know for sure. I would think we would have heard about an offer being made if they were interested, like their interest in Odighizuwa was made clear before FA began. Of course, Lawrence could have told them long ago that he would leave. ... I just believe it was about the money, because it's almost always about the money.

Damn loser. He knows he's not going to win a Super Bowl in Seattle either. He left because Seattle offered him more money than the Cowboys did. Why doesn't he say that truth, instead of dissing the team that for the past 11 seasons overpaid his underachieving ***?

He’s a loser because he has a closer and more personal opinion than you?Tank telling his truth , the same truth most fans know as well, and yall take issue with it? GTFU

There's no reason to get upset with DLaw, he was telling the truth, he's with the Seahawks now and when he finishes there he will not be coming back to play with the Boys, he may be just coming home to to do something else with his life, so he was telling the truth, he's never going to win a SB here, so he spoke the truth, but he said that because he knew the media would take that statement and run with it, that's why he started laughing, and he knew people like the fans that are with twisted panties would get upset, not understanding what he really meant. LOL

That loser just left to a weaker Team that is in full rebuild. He would have had a better chance sticking it out in Dallas. We all know he left simply for more money. THAT IS THE TRUTH. Just like you sticking around following this team while you continue to backstab and bash it. Do yourself a favor, pull a D-Law and go follow another team! Cowboys Nation doesn't need any more backstabbing Benedict Arnolds like you.

Glad this guy is gone I think he was part of the culture problem.

He definitely didn't do anything for team morale or the locker room.

He's never winning a Super bowl anywhere and I don't think he cares he like Jerry is all about the money.

As classless as it is it's quite fitting that Jerry has to hear the truth from him upon his departure.

Bottom line, Lawrence was a very good player. Don’t forget he wasn’t treated particularly well by Jerry on a few occasions which probably had something to do with it.
This^^^^^ It seems Dlaw has been angry a while. You could tell by the tone of his interview near the end of the season. When asked about free agency and returning his response was "only if they pay me". My guess .....there could have been some disagreement over shutting him down for the season, hurting his market value. It's not hard to see he's angry but sometimes silence is your best friend. I can't remember a former player making such a direct derogatory comment leaving his team. Most players show apathy for their former teammates and wish them well. But telling them you are NOT winning a Super Bowl if you stay here is a foul. It's just wrong on every level. Parsons' response was a natural reaction and I suspect we will hear more in the next 24-48 hours.

Interestingly he called Dallas his home but just burned all bridges .....lol

I've been saying for a while now that the locker room had divisions that would fester after the GB loss. None of the veterans believe in anything about this organization. They say what they need to say publicly but they all feel what DLaw said. Might not have been the right way or time but deep down they all know it's true.
This is true but I read a few nuggets/rumors that there was friction between 11 and 90 dating back to GB loss. Remember DLaw thought being tired was one of the reasons they lost and Parsons immediately shot it down? I suspect there was more to DLaw comments we will learn about ONE DAY. He chose his words careful...........I have my theory but will keep it close to the vest ....for now.

Micah took it and made it personal.
I'm sure about that..........DLaw took a direct shot at his team and teammates. In fact, I suspect we hear comments from other current and former players next 24-48 hours. What's interesting is just a few days/weeks ago, DLaw was willing to resign "if they paid him" ( his words).

Just me, but I think he's angry ( Jerry or/and Stephen pissed him off ) and probably wasn't the best time to give an interview. I will say I have never question his character or work ethic ON THE FIELD. He's always been on the of hardest working players. But his behavior during that interview is foul.

Why be mad at him? If we had any real dogs on the team this clip would be on the bulletin board weekly, you think anyone is actually motivated to prove D-Law wrong? At most Micah’s sassy behind gonna tweet about it
Did I call it or what?

You are right his comments are closer to the truth than not but there's a time and place. He only made things harder for himself, his family and his legacy. Trust me, the Jones won't forget ....

Bad look for Tank, even though the true fans know he's right.

Dude was a very vocal leader on 6 Cowboys playoff teams that did absolutely nothing.

Same guy who said he was "tired" after getting taken to the wood shed by a 7 seed.

There's only really one more piece of the Garrett era to cleanse from this roster, and we all know who that is.
Jerry?
