Deuce is a very interesting RB, and personally I cannot wait to see him in some live action this preseason.

Nice effort and block by Deuce Vaughn against Fowler. Deuce held up well. I bet hardly anyone expected him to do this good in pass protection. The only problem was our 3rd string QB, Will Grier. Grier should have used Deuce's pass protection to his advantage and scrambled to his right, not left and towards where Deuce blocked Fowler.

He’s likely a practice squad player at best.

He’s too small.

So you see him contributing heavily on special teams? Lets say Davis is our RB2. So Duece offers more on ST than what Dowdle can? And that doesnt account for RJ and what they do with him. Or if they dont think Davis or Dowdle can be the #2 guy.

Or we go back to the Jimmy days when we only had two rbs and Moose.

Pollard being on a one year deal is also a consideration. He very well may be gone next year. It would be nice to have someone to groom that could at least compete next year. And if Pollard does leave, we will obviously be drafting his replacement fairly high next year.

The only RB4 we may have will be a FB/TE.

Those locked in with their "Duece is a lock" take wont back down. And they'll keep trying to make lemonade out of lemons.

And to be fair, Im not backing down from my stance of hes a practice squad guy.

Big_D I definitely hope you're right about the kid, but considering his size I can't help being a little skeptical. That's not a negative prediction, just a little skeptical.
