I'm not talking any trash this week. I'm seriously worried about this offense and I think Payton will find a way to put a lot of points up on the board.

And Henderson has great speed. He always had a ton of potential, and now he's putting it together.

Henderson has some speed for sure. But the one thing that wasn't mentioned in all of this is the fact that Henderson couldn't catch a cold if he tried. If he had started all year for the saints, he would have more drops to date than TO. I was watching the Saints/49ers game and he dropped a wide open pass that went in and out of his hands.

They weren't trash, there was just no more room at the inn. Bradie James and Akin Ayodele or Scott Fujita and Scott Shanle, hmmm let me think.

Fujita/Shanle > James/Ayodele

Your front office dropped the ball big time during the offseason.

The difference is Henderson can play. People blink looking at Deuce and Bush and he's by you. That's why he has an incredible 7TDs in limited playing time. He may be better than Horn at this stage of his career anyway.

7 TD's over TWO seasons. And I noticed that his best games came against Tampa Bay, Cincinnati, and Atlanta, who have the 21st, 31st (next to last) and 32nd (last) place pass defenses. Coincidence? I think not.

Were there any bad episodes of quantum leap? Anyhow I don't get the reference.

I haven't seen them all. I guess what I meant was everytime that show starts, the main character is put in this surreal situation. Almost like it's too good to be true, until he figures it out and by that time it's usually too late. The reference was that Saints fans actually having something to brag about is surreal. Oh well, I tried :)

Yeah, it was too cerebral for any surface humor, it happens.

They didn't fit the 3-4 defense that we run...and we are DEEP at linebacker.

Don't bother reasoning with Thibadeux, he is out snipe hunting mentally.

Seriously, all you need to do is look at how our defenses are ranked to realize what a load of crap that is.
