Dez is by far the most physical specimen in the game today. He is a WR that beats you up and you dont want to see catch the ball in front of you, even worse behind you.
What Dez brings is high Elbows, Knees, Shoulders,,, thats insane hurt coming from a WR, we are not talking RB here folks, thats a WR.
I dont want to have to tackle that guy.
His Physical presence is what makes Dez the most valuable WR in the league IMHO.
Now if we are talking next up, from a mental stability, personality stability, standpoint,, than AJ Green all day.
Antonio Brown
OBJ
DT
Thats about were I got the top 5,,, the sixth is a bit of a drop off right now.

I'd say based on last year and his impact on his team and where he got them (one game short of the NFC Championship), I'd say he's the best receiver in the game.

Calvin Johnson was hurt, and I think he's about to hit his decline.
Emanuel Sanders was good, but he's not as physical as Dez.
I thought DeMaryius Thomas used to be better than Dez, but not anymore.
Odell Beckham is just a rookie and didn't play a full year. Not yet, young buck. Not yet.
Julio Jones is oft injured.
A.J. Green? I haven't even heard much from him, and he was injured too. Dez hasn't been injured yet, if memory serves me correctly.

I'd say right now Dez is the best.

Broke his leg in the rookie season.

There's no one I'd take over Dez right now. If contract comes into it I'd be tempted to take OBJ but he isn't a #1 line up outside all day guy

An article I wrote on Dez, and why I think he is the best in the NFL.

Maybe, but your reasons for downgrading Megatron sound like Cowboys homerism. Either CJ is too old or he isn't, but claiming he is too big and somehow using Detroits defense to downgrade him makes no sense.

Megatron’s body and style of play basically hurt him. He is literally too big, after a while the knocks and hits taken in today’s NFL take their toll, and we saw that last season. I would actually say this season may be even worse for Calvin Johnson. They lost two core players on defense, and their pass rush will suffer in that regard, no defense creates a need for more offense, and that means more use of Megatron.

He's in the conversation for best, and I'm happy with that.

Julio Jones, AJ green, Antonio Brown, DT are right with him. Just depends on the type of player you want.

And Mike Evans, Beckham Jr, and Watkins are young guys who will be up there in good company soon.

Bryant can be scary powerful. His touchdown, where he stretches for the endzone fighting through two tacklers on a naked screen pass during the Washington game last season, was awesome.

I suppose you can debate the "best" until your blue in the face. I do however believe he is, without question the most violent wide reciever in the league. Kid runs like hes on fire.

It can be argued he is the best in the game.

Personally, it's hard for me to say who is the best.

Calvin, Julio, Antonio, Dez and AJ all have a huge impact for their team.

Then we got guys like Odell who may very well bump someone out of the top 5.

Dez's mental stability & personality stability on the field has had no problems as I know. And since his rookie year, his off the field probs have been non existent.
