1. The keeping your helmet on in the field of play rule. which I call the Emmitt Smith rule, has been in the NFL rule book for 16 years now.

2. Dez needs to keep a lid on his emotions. That penalty he got for taking his helmet off in the field of play knocked the Cowboys out of FG range, costing them 3 points. At some point, IMO, he's going to go off at a bad time during a game and it will cost the Cowboys a W. It's not a question of if. It's a question of when.
