Dez Bryant didn't know helmet rule?

What concerns me about Dez is he's in denial about his anger issues. He claims he wasn't angry last week that it was passion but what went down between him and Witten was clearly anger and he now he claims he wasn't angry with the official yesterday. If he doesn't learn to calm down and control his temper it could lead to another off the field incident. I like Dez but he still has some maturing to do. It's things like this that cause him to lose his focus which leads to drops and him not playing well.

He also wasn't angry with his mom. the woman who borned him.

It wouldn't even be mentioned. That's the problem. You have some fans that just don't like Dez and wait for something small to make it a big deal

Small is something . . . small.
Penalties for throat slashes, taking off your helmet, being loud and "passionate" on the sidelines and cap-slapping yo mama are not small things.

There are few things that really bother me in terms of personal foul type of stuff in the NFL, however, the throat slashing gestures have always made me cringe.

It is base. It is about ruthlessness. It is the worst thing to wish upon another human being or group of people, the throat slash. This is the baggage some people bring with them. In time this type of behavioral . . . attitude diminishes. Some people never lose it, and that is chilling. The most cringe-worthy thing is that kids get to see this street-level behavior. Very sad.

I agree, Dez should be traded or released because he is just to damn stupid to not know the rules. Or, show some damn dog for once in awhile. I wish most of our team had that passion.

But, what I really find funny is that, there are never any posts complaining about him when he scores TD's?

Very strange...

Actually, his post wasn't about rules per say, it was about the throat slashing gesture. Maybe that falls into the being passionate category? o_O

I know, bro. Dez does do stupid things, but really he's a damn kid, playing a game he loves. He needs to be coached up on those type of things, period. But, he does not deserve the hate for being stupid. Hell, all of us are stupid sometimes.

Both offense and defensive coaches I might add.

What about the special team coach? Did you see Bailey make those field goals. Did you Chris Jones make that tackle?
Not all is lost.

Yes, excuse dumb behavior by bringing up a dumb premise, that he should be fired.

Oh, well, you are correct. It is all a big conspiracy against Dez. A lot of people decided they did not like him, thus the persecution of the rash and passionate Dez.
And your other statement that anyone would complain about his scoring TDs is equally . . . um, not rational.

All I am saying is that some posters dwell on the negative, and don't appreciate the positive. Would you rather he not be on the team?

Does peyote grow down where you are in Farmers Market?

The problem with the rule is at first every time a player took his helmet off it was a flag. Now you see players coming on the field with helmets off to congratulate other players for a good play. They kinda call it when they want to, Dez didn't know because he's not seen it called since being in the NFL because the refs have been so loose with it. That being said he should know the rules.

It was a college rule as well. He definitely should know the rule. No excuse. It isn't the worst thing in the world, but he needs to learn from it and also expand his knowledge of the rule book.

I git what you are saying. Your admonishment is duly noted.
You are right in that there is negativism here and about but like Shakespeare said the play's the thing and I say unto you, the discussion is the thing.

Farmers Branch, not Farmers Market. In the former we are convivial if clueless cousins of concurring confrontation; the latter a place where the wealthy go to feel as if they are in touch with nature and the plain folk (which we have plenty. Need any?)

As for that foul succulent of the desert, stay away from it. It is a gateway thing to beer and liqer. Carlos Cantaneda don't know SQUAT!

What I'm saying is that it's kinda like the celebration rule, need more consistency. They said that they were going to penalize the sack dances, well someone needs to inform the vikings because they were doing the tango out there but no flags. If another player gets a sack does a dance gets a flag they're gonna be like wth, you guys haven't called that all year.
