For a rookie? yep that sure is.

It was actually 296, not 206. But 296 yards in 6 games would put him on pace for a whopping 789 yards over a 16 game season.

He finished with 561 that year... in 12 games. In other words, on pace for 748 yards over a 16 game season.

Now let's see if you have enough integrity to admit you were foolishly wrong. It's either that or you can try to spin that the 41 extra yards over a 16 game span is the difference between "lighting it up" and "not lighting it up".

For a No. 3 option, as a rookie?

The point is that the pace he was on with Kitna throwing to him was essentially the same as when Romo was throwing to him.

Which squashes your assertion that he "lit it up" with Kitna.

I stand corrected. It is 296.

You missed the point of that comment

Your comment was completely inaccurate so I can't imagine you had much of a point.

Feels that Dez is finally figuring out the playbook and the logic of reads and that certainly spreads confidence .. You could feel the confidence and being comfortable with himself when he does;t shy from coming on espy or fox or any national tv and speaks about 2000-yard year..or the hate/motivation of other teams towards the Cowboys...

It's like when teaching someone to drive a stick shift driving. Even if they can drive auto shift they are confused when facing the manual shift. Till one explains how it works, demonstrates it...and when they figure it out...they will feel calm, comfortable, and drive like a breeze (no pun intended)

Looking forward to Dez's season...I loved his demeanor when I saw him on SN and feel the kid has grown already :)
