Romo said it was an overblown subject during the broadcast. Not nearly as big a deal as people make it out to be.

Why leave it to chance though? You can't tell me it didn't affect Butler on that one play. He looked like he was grabbing air.

Complaining, like all excuses, is much easier than doing your job. In this case, catching a football for about a million dollars a game.

Well said, but I think he is making $17 million this year so a little more than a million per game. Obviously he was surprised the sun was shining through the window and just noticed it for the first time. So it appears he either has a lack of paying attention or no problem solving skills.

Well if you know the sun is shining in your face wouldn't you get you something to shade your eyes? Or would you just complain about it?

You never know, wearing sun glasses is great when you're looking towards the sun but I always feel like my vision is a little distorted. Ive seen Dez with the dark visors before though. Either way he had a decent game so your whole post is crap. Also we won, try and enjoy it lol. Were you the one that told me Butler was better last week?

What does that have to do with what happened? Next you will be telling me that Dez is having problems catching the ball because it is not the right moon phase.
What in the world. Shades are not going to help if the ball is in the sun. The lengths you guys go to slam Dez is amazing

The ball is not immersed in a fiery star we call our sun. The sun is shining in the window. It's not going to change. Jerry isn't moving the stadium.

So he needs to **** and adapt to it. Every other player on the field had to deal with the same sun shining in the window.

You know every day I drive down my driveway and the sun is directly in my eyes and I can't see the driveway so I pull my sunshade down and have to look down at the ground. That is how you deal with the sun in your eyes. Now you have a high fast ball coming at you and as you look back it is in the sun and you have to somehow see it. Just unreal.

Funny how that evens out when everyone is dealing with the same issue.

Wait? So Dez sucks for it, but it evens out at the same time? Lol its like two entirely seperate conversations. Yeah its hilarious how multiple receivers were affected by the sun yet you want to pile on Dez for mentioning it.

And they dropped them when they showed them having a problem with it. Because we know every ball is in the sun.... of course!!!

Dez is being outclassed by guys making 500k/year. He has to make some excuses somewhere.

It sounds a little bit like his ego was bruised because TWill and Beasley had much better games and he had to come up with some excuse.

I guess it’s Dez’a fault they throw 5-7 balls each game to him when he’s covered. Oh that’s right, he’s supposed to magically make himself open on go routes.
Dak is a phenomenal QB, but accuracy on deep sideline throws from the pocket are not a strength. But that 50% number is all on Dez. LOL.

I am sure it is a conspiracy. Dak is probably drawing up plays in the dirt to make sure ONLY the balls he throws to Dez are in the sun. It's clearly preferential treatment and designed to upset Dez.

I could care less about the sun. What bugs me about it is that it's their damn stadium and they're running routes right into the sun. They should be prepared with plays that take the players out of the sun so it's not an issue. They should have practiced in the stadium with the sun at game time and know where it is and isn't an issue but it looks like no one has bothered to even think about it and use it to their advantage. Typical of this coaching staff.
