Dez: No off season OTAs, no training camp, did little the game he hurt himself but somehow he is going to light it up and with an INT machine throwing him the ball. Oh yeah, that sounds great. I'm thrilled.:facepalm:

Come on mrtxstar who is suggesting that? It is ridiculous to think he will light it up. But he will be a factor because he will draw coverage and hopefully open things up for other players by getting favorable match ups. I do expect them to try and take advantage of 1 on 1 coverage a few times if not for anything other then letting LOB know they will attack with Dez.

An INT machine who played his first game in over a year. Did you see those three picks? They were a result of a flagrant lack of effort on the part of Terrance Williams. That won't ever be the case for Dez.

...and the excuses keep coming.

I don't understand why some fans feel the need to dampen others expectations.

We're excited to see the best player on our team return. After these rough couple of weeks of football, it's good to see the team get some much needed help.

LOL@Jerry calling his new secret weapon Lucky "Morehead".

Lucky Morehead is a guy that Jerry saw running away from his girlfriends husband. His blazing speed convinced Jerry to sign him on the spot. He really is a secret weapon. Unless you are a cockold you will never have heard of him.

Sounds good, I hope you are right. :)

Not excusing Cassel. He has to make better decisions, but he still put is in position to win a football game until the special teams screwed it up.

Thank goodness we have Cassel instead of Weeden with Dez coming back. I have no doubt Cassel will feed the ball to Dez, probably moreso than Tony would even do.

Just lowering expectations before the rub gets pulled out from underneath you. Cowboys ain't winning nothing without Romo.

Without his 3 INTs, the ST screw up would not have mattered.

So JJ hinted around to it? Doesn't sound like considering him playing. Obviously he didn't actually practice so it really wasn't an option. You just confirmed my point it was determined he wasn't going to play thus he did not travel with the team, meaning they were not considering playing him.

Okay and that is what I am saying the team and Dez are being smart by listening to the doctors and monitoring his injury daily. They have not done anything to suggest they are rushing Dez back. Of course the team wants him out there, but they are not risking further injury because of that, and the record and 4 game losing streak is just a coincidence that it fell into the timing of his return. I will say it again he is right on schedule per the original time frame of the healing process and return 6-8 weeks they are not rushing him back because the record.

Jerry talked about the possibilities of Dez playing vs the Giants so they did consider it. He wasn't completely ruled out of the Giants game until later in the week which is why he didn't travel with the team on Friday. We've discussed this enough you've given your opinion I've given mine no point in wasting anymore time with it.

Hopefully he feeds the ball to Dez and not forces it to him. They just started working together it's going to take a while to get their timing down. Cassel can't afford multiple turnovers in this game.

Cassel will do what he do. INT machine. Dez is going to get so pissed and the press will love the sideline fireworks.

Isn't he always on a pitch count? He's usually dehydrated by the second quarter.

And with the way this offense goes 3 and out, the total number of pitches may be pretty low regardless.

I hope he gets doubled, because apparently its the only way our offense can score. But I think SEA will let Sherman follow him around and see how it goes. Heck they didn't double Dez much when he was 100%. Earl Thomas plays center-field better than anyone right now. They don't have to double all the time.

I take Dez 1 on 1 with Sherman all day
