Dez will be ok.....I know he is passionate but I don't think even he would risk further injury if his foot wasn't ready to go.

This isn't the game I would bring him back for. The Seattle guys are going to be ultra physical with him. I don't care if he has a single catch as long as he gets through the game without a setback. A setback at this point would be devastating and probably season ending.

Think it's hilarious people keep saying rest Dez because it's Seattle. You think other teams aren't gonna try and test that foot? Please. Teams have to physical against Dez anyway because of his superior athleticism. Even then Dez loves physical play as we all know. If Dez is ready to play he plays. Period. The Cowboys aren't in a position to be resting their superstar reciever if he is able to play.

Jerry talked about the possibilities of Dez playing vs the Giants so they did consider it. He wasn't completely ruled out of the Giants game until later in the week which is why he didn't travel with the team on Friday. We've discussed this enough you've given your opinion I've given mine no point in wasting anymore time with it.

Dez is playing and you are not happy about......TOO BAD!!!

Pretty sure if bone wasn't completely healed, he'd be sitting.

I do not understand this chicanery.

That's how a season gets lost. What kind of message does it send that you don't want a put a healthy player out there just because they're playing the almighty Seahawks?

Dez will be out there and I'm more than fine with it. Season is on the line. We need our best player out there if he can go and all signs and indications say he can.

It's great news... it gives the team hope where there was no hope before. While I've said every week they won't win a game until Dez returns, I don't know if it's fair to expect Dez to put them over the edge... but I wouldn't put it past him. I still don't like our odds this week, but it's about getting him ready for the games that I know we can win, Philly and Tampa. So as long as he's healed, I don't see what bad can come out of this.

You crawled out from under your rock for that? If you're only going to submit a post every few months try submitting one that doesn't make you look foolish. Now get back to doing what you do best lurking.

The original diagnosis said 4-6 weeks and it has been 7 weeks with the 'fast healing, blood spinning and hyperbolic chambers'.

I would say he is right on pace.

He might not be in football shape yet, but he doesn't need to run very far or very fast to be an elite redzone threat, which is something we've been sorely missing.

Anyone want to apologize to me now for disagreeing when I said Dez coming back without Romo will not get us a win?
