I came across this video. In what order do you have them ranked?

I have them right now as:
1. Calvin (best reciever in the game right now)

2. Dez (coming very close to calvin and possibly pass him one day as the best)

3. A.J. (great reciever but I have seen both Dez and Aj play in person in college and even then aj was not on the same level as dez in my opinion.)

Calvin is the best....hands down.

Nobody, not even Dez, is sniffing within a mile of him. Period

1. Calvin
2a. Green
2b. Gordon
2c. Julio
2d. Dez
3. Thomas
4. Jeffrey

If Dez played for Denver, GB, NO or the like, he could easily be #2 solo IMO.

Whatever order we debate, it is time for him to step to the next level and separate himself.

what no larry fitzgerald?

All I will say is this. Does Dez have his flaws. Yes, but he gets to pay dirt better than all these guys with less attempts coming his way. Stafford is going to throw the ball to Calvin...No Matter What. AJ gets the ball no matter what. In Dallas it seems at times that we intentionally dont go to Dez so he doesnt get the BIG Head, or make it about him. Take for instance the Detroit game. The looked for Calvin all game. We looked for Dez when we were in trouble. In my opinion we do this team and Dez a disservice because we keep trying to make him or maybe we try to avoid him turning into a TO like teammate, when no signs point to that. No if you go back, you will see I liked TO, I think he brought some things on himself, but I also thought we blew things our of proportion in Dallas. With that being said, Dez LOVES...LOVEs the cowboys. There is no "Me First" in Dez. He is our best playmaker and he should get the ball more.

I think he has peaked and on his way down. No doubt he is a good WR but the passing of the torch is occurring. The same can be said of AJ IMO. Put both of those players in different systems and they can still be above average/excellent.

I'm surprised more people aren't mentioning Brandon Marshall. The guy is an absolute monster and is hopefully what Dez will become later in his career.

Has 7 straight seasons over 1000 yards and the only season where he didn't eclipse that mark was his rookie year. There's no way Jeffery would have had the same kind of success last season if he wasn't opposite Brandon Marshall.

Agree with you on Fitz, not so sure about Andre Johnson. Johnson has averaged 1500 yards receiving the last two years despite having a fairly unstable set of QBs throwing to him.

Johnson is getting older, but his production continues to be top notch.

Agree, but I think injuries will start mounting on AJ. He is 33 now and it will not get easier for him.

Yeah. I watched 3 of Jeffrey's games toward the end of the season-- his monster game and games following. Neither Marshall, nor Jeffrey were receiving a ton of attention. I only counted about once or twice a game that Jeffrey was doubled.

Bryant's ceiling is higher than Marshall's, but hopefully Dez has the same success at the very least.

Yeah he's still beating double teams. Still pretty good. I honestly can't fairly place Dez above him at the moment.

Kind of feels like that, huh?

My thought was that Garrett tries to keep as balanced of an offense as possible because he remembers running the offense through T.O., and how we couldn't adapt after Jim Johnson took T.O. out of the game.

But I'm sure it's neither. I could get into why Dez is often forgotten, but things would get off topic pretty quickly.

I personally don't see Dez having any chance of being #1 -- he is big WR that doesn't have top end speed and because of it takes a lot of big hits.... add to that he refused to go down and he ends up with a fair amount of nagging injuries the most recent of which seems to be his back issues..

Dez has obviously been a excellent player for us, but I would like him to get better going out of bounds or fall down and learn to fight another play. If I was the cowboys and his agent, I want him to play football 10-12 years at a high level. Breaking a tackle to get some extra yards with three guys hanging on is a nice highlight, but I just think those plays add up. It is a brutal game as is, I just don't like increasing odds further that something bad happens when it could be avoided.

That would be fine if his offense was balanced otherwise. Its not. It think it was ridiculous that during the saints game, DEZ was triple covered and he could not make them pay. So we are running into that same problem even when Dez is not the focal point.

I was reading a Bleacher Report article that ranked the top 50 WRs... and they had Dez at number 15!! lol I almost put my head through my monitor when I saw that

But I got...
1. Calvin
2. Green
3. Dez
4. Julio
5. Gordon

theshow be trollin

all right. Last thing I like is to have it out with another Cowboys fan. And I can even smile when u say I am trolling. But I am stating a fact hoss. Bryant is not worth keeping and on a good day is a top 10 WR. Many games he is just a bottom of the rung #1 wide out. 13th in receptions. Lousy blocker. Big bad mouth and goes off the handle at all the wrong times. When Jerry loads him up with a new contract you can say you heard it here first. DB will do something reminiscent of Terrell Owens and kill the team. Or he will do something TO never did. Break the law. Solid teams do not overspend on WR. The money is much better spent on almost every other position. You want to call out a troll look you face in the mirror. I am pretty sure you are one of those love me some dez fans who will follow him to any team he plays for and root them on against the Cowboys.

That makes sense (15 at bleacher). But ask any DB fan and he is as good or just behind Megatron. Now I root on my players but come on.

Averaging 800 yards per season over the past two years.

He has had cruddy QBs, but so has Josh Gordon who has averaged 1225 yards per season the past two seasons.

I take Fitzgerald over Gordon. in 2012 he had probably the worst QB situation in the league. and palmer is nothing to write home about at this point in his career.

Gordon had a great year last year, but he also went against some cruddy defenses in his division, as opposed to playing 4 games against Seattle and SF.
