I think that he would do more than that.
More??!! thats why fans have ridiculous expectations. Austin did nothing for 3 years and then got it going.. well Ced Wilson was a pet cat here his 4 yr career is 79-973 best year 45-602-6tds and he got paid to do nothing in MIA but i guess MIA thought 45-602 was worth 6mil a year? yet our fanbase expect a 2nd year late 3rd pick to be better sooner? its called developing a player.
Gallup below so our expectation for Jalen is to be better then Ced and Gallup far sooner like MG is basically averaged 46-665 for his career?

Tolbert....... bahahahhahahahahahahahaha. I know, I know.... the coaching will be great this year and Tolbert will explode onto the scene. He may even become the number 1 WR this year.
doesnt need to be a 1 needs to be a 4 .. most 4s get 30-400 maybe at best less targets etc hes 3rd rounder goig into his 2nd season and the claws are out?

Can we not allow a player not being truly counted onto develop? maybe turn into a role player like Wilson, Laurent Robinson, Austin, or at best Gallup someday, patience people...

same thing for Noah took sometime over 5yrs, never should have nee a 2 but career , best season was last year 43-555-3tds

I believe Rambo was talking about Cooks doing more than that. May be wrong though.

I’m thinking baseline 70-80 receptions, 900+ yards, and 5 tubs for Cooks if he stays healthy. I could see a 90/1100/6 season as very achievable as well. Anything over that is gravy.

sure, Cooks is different debate but thought i saw many all over Tolbert with insane expectations. sure 70+ 900+ 6tds for cooks seems doable..

Like Hop but honestly rather use any money to go get another RB like Cook or trade peanuts for Henry.

Parsons and Diggs would have to be signed in the next 2 - 3 years. Paying DHop significant money would prevent extensions of both, during the 2 year time frame.
I'm not in favor of signing Hopkins but that is not true. Would could sign all 3 if we really wanted to. He isn't getting a 5 year $100M deal

Possible reasons for the mild league interest

Same thing the league was saying about Dez when Stephen cut him. Hopkins should be ok, but his market may not be what some think it is based on this report.

I didn't buy into Dallas getting him at any point really, and after Cooks I didn't even consider the fantasy. Truth is the young WRs are going to have to step up to provide depth for Gallup, Lamb, and Cooks. The money wasn't ever gonna be right for Hopkins with CeeDee, Diggs, Dak n Micah looking for new deals.

The reality is that a number 4 will NEVER be a reason we win or do not win a SB. You do not draft a 3rd rounder hoping the are a 4th wr on your depth chart.

It is not often that a 3rd pick doesnt even get to suit up on Sundays. I am not expecting him to be anyone... I just hope is active on Sundays. My point is simply tat expecting anything from Tolbert seems foolish to me. Anything of anything worthy of a discussion about him.

Look, Im a COWBOYS fan, that makes me a Tolbert fan. I hope he comes out and has a great year, and I hope he is even better next year.

Gallup doesn't need to rebound he just needed to get healthy. He is now.

Tolbert and Fehoko both have made enough progress (and we have all read how they want to get Turpin more involved) so there is 0% chance the Cowboys sign a vet WR prior to camp.

The Cowboys are already 6 deep at WR not counting the UDFA's they love.
The true telling tale of " enuff progress " is heavy contact, live action regular season games ... not non-contact minicamps.

I don't really give a hoot about OTA's and running around in shorts unless you still look bad. However ALL off season reports are positive about Tolbert and Fehoko.

Positive in " shorts" and running around in OTAs.
