Did anyone else find Greg Olsen annoying?

Every time I hear Olsen calling a game I think "I wish we had Fox's #1 team calling this game." Then I remember that this is the #1 team.

I especially loved it during the Jacksonville game when he said the Cowboys had not been hit hard by injuries this season. He only forgot about our starting QB, both starting offensive tackles, a starting receiver, two starting corners, plus a a myriad of other injuries.

Yes, he's a fast twitch announcer...probably needs to pause before making some of those comments.
He's OK.

Didn't say anything mean....but whenever the team playing us makes ANY big play, the octaves of their voice goes up about 1000 fold....I can picture the two of them in some kind of NSFW position with one another.

I can’t get too caught up in the announcers.

Just watch the game, sprinkle in some choice words (usually directed at the OC or QB), and hope for the best while always being prepared for the opposite.

I know... I wish there was a way to listen to Brad Sham call the game, instead of the assigned announcers. I suppose there's some app for that now, right? NFL plus or something.. I'm not buying it though.

His soyboy voice is too annoying. I had to lower the volume substantially during the game.

The term “soy boy” makes me chuckle.

As for the topic of the thread, does it really matter? Almost all of them are pretty good, though obviously some are subjectively better and less annoying than others, but I don’t take them too seriously, and if they say something dumb, my inner dialogue just makes fun of what was said to turn annoyance into humor.
