I did quick and please put your negative of Ware back up. It was the best one Ive seen yet.

I saw Pile in there alot. Wasn't sure if he started. Did Keith Davis play at all?

Hes starting to play ike he looks in that pic and DC are taking notice of our freak. 3 straight, and not slowing down. Today he set the tone with his first sack.

Ratliff started today too. The Cowboys played their nickel defense a ton today and Pile and Ratliff are starters in the nickel. The Eagles play mostly 3 wides so instead of playing their base 3-4, the Cowboys went to their nickel to better match-up. This is something they haven't done enough of in the first 4 games and I think that has cost them. It's interesting that Ratliff moved ahead of Spears and Canty on the nickel defense and is playing the tackle spot next to Glover now.

I think his activeness is more disruptive in this situation than Cantys or Spears. Not sure, but it worked and Im not complaining.

I had no idea he was going to start today. A guy at the sports bar told me. We were having a convo about our safeties and I couldn't even remember Pile was on the team. Seemed like he did a good job, though. Our entire DB crew did well today.

Was anyone else shocked to see Aaron Glenn on T.O. a couple of times today? That height disparity made me a bit nervous, but Glenn did fine.

I've been keeping my eye on the Pile/Davis battle. I'm hearing less from that position lately, and that's a good thing.

The Coleman thing has also been worth noting. It's been a while since I've heard his name, and that hasn't been as good of a thing. I've been wanting more production from that spot.

As far as the FS spot goes, I just think we'll sign a proven vet next year for cheap. As for Coleman, I d rather see what we saw today than to see him not make a play. Yeah, he lead the DL with 12 tackles, but those are plays he s suppossed to make. He never makes a play that disrupts a play and thats where I have a problem with him. Even the rookies have come in and caused problems behind the LOS. Coleman doesn't.

How about that sack by Newman? That was beautiful. Was nice to see Roy drill Mcnabb too. We need this kind of defense every Sunday/Monday.

all this talk of ratliff made me realize. Where was Canty today? Did he play that much? didn't notice him making any plays?

LMAO @ Quickdraw's sig
