if we got him, who knows if/how he would have been used, but we would not have wasted a 5th? round pick on C. Michael.

That's why he probably went elsewhere. We had too much talent at the time with Randle, McFadden and Dunbar.

Yes, but he decided to pick Seattle at the last minute instead.

It's a shame that we didn't have a 7th round pick to use on him instead.. Oh wait, that's right we decided to trade up for a TE instead and cross our fingers that he'd choose us.

Maybe because they gave their RB 12m a year and we offered our record breaker 4m.

It's actually very possible that he "agreed" to the Cowboys contract during the 7th round. Which would give them reason not to use a 7th round pick on him. With his troubles with the law he wasn't in high demand.

We should have just drafted him. Instead we traded a draft pick for another TE that will probably never see the light of day on game day.

We wasted almost half the season on Randle. Instead we could have had a running back like Rawls right now.

heck we could have drafted David Irving.we suck at using our late RD picks.we are throwing away late RD draft picks on No hopers for several years now.

Rawls will be the starter next season, and Beast Mode will be a Cowboy. Mark my words.

The running game has still been relatively effective. But they should have been pushing for this guy or have gone after the guy I was pounding the table for, Karlos Williams. The decision to stick with Randle was a big miss though. And Jay Ajayi looked pretty good Sunday as well.

Randle was a big fat failure. So many missed opportunities because we thought anyone can run behind this oline.

I'm glad we finally got our run game going with McFadden. But why did our coaching staff take this long to come to that realization? We could probably be in first place if we didn't make this blunder.

There should be no excuse for us not to have drafted a running back. This was one of the deepest drafts for runningbacks and we needed a replacement for Murray.

It might have been a different story if we drafted one and didn't have to rely on Randle. This entire season might have been what we all expected it to be.

Beast Mode is reaching the end of the line.

Next season he'll be a 30 year old back with a ton of miles on him.

Rawls wasn't drafted for the same reason why Collins wasn't drafted -- red flags. Obviously Collin's red flag was cleared right after the draft.

Any team in the NFL could have had Rawls and Collins for more 6th and 7th round picks (or two 7th round picks obviously)l

If I recall, he was set to sign as an undrafted free agent with Dallas and chose Seattle instead. Is this correct?

He looks like a beast. I am not sure Lynch gets his job back.

You know if this team really wanted Rawls then they should have drafted with their last 7th rd pick. Chalk it up to another failed RB decision in last year's draft and move on.

Well Seattle is kicking themselves also that they didn't use a 7th on Collins. They could use him.

Rawls looks good.

I'm very happy with our current RB's and think we get at least 2 good seasons out of them.

Turbin is a quality #2 guy.

He does everything well and it doesn't look like he needs a ton of carries to get into a rhythm.
