I’d rest Micah
He’s lost a step as the year has went on and I think the reward out weighs the risk

I don't seem them doing that Thursday with the 1 seed still possible, even if not likely. If it's not in play in Week 18 then I think they'll sit several guys.

The Eagles play the Saints and the Giants. After the humiliation of losing to the Cowboys, the Eagles could lose both of those games.

Not sure what does does to the standings. But who cares?
they'll beat the Saints and if they lose it wont matter

theyll juat drop 80 on the giants

It won’t be in play
The eagles aren’t losing out
The last game won’t matter
They’d have to lose out and they are just too good for that to happen
That offense is dynamic and we never forded a punt till the last drive when we stopped them on 4th
And that wasn’t with their starting QB

I don't think Dallas gets the 1 seed, either. Just saying teams don't think like fans.

They're going to go for the 1 seed until it's no longer possible, so it's in play at Tennessee.

I get a coach wanting to do that but Micah needs the tests too much to not get it for him
He’s just wore down. I think he’s played too many snaps. I know it’s hard to take your best player off the field but I think he’d be better served at around 70% of snaps

The Cowboys could get the 1 spot if Philly loses their last two games.

You might want to scout their backup right tackle.

I guess this is a "sarcasm" post...labeling the Eagles' 6-point loss on the road in the last minute (w/o their starting QB) 'humiliating'.
Eagles final two games are at home.
Saints are 2-5 on the road in 2022; today's road win in Clevend was their first since the season opener in Atlanta.
Since Giants started 7-2, they have gone 1-4-1 since; the lone win was last Sunday night at Commaders.
As far as the standings go.... PHL clinches NFC East if DAL loses next Thursday night.
For the Cowboys to get the title, they would have to win their final two games while the Eagles lose the final two.
Despite the same 13-4 record and splitting the head-to-head matchups...the Cowboys' division record would be 5-1 v. Eagles 3-3, along with a DAL conference finish at 9-3 agaisnst PHL @ 8-4

Tenn is playing for its division losing to Houston . That fact alone you play your starters.

There's been a lot of changes in the format so I'm not sure how the playoffs will be. It looks like we will be the top wildcard team does that mean we'll play the worst division winner, or the other wildcard team? Philly will have the easiest path by the old rules that would mean we would go to Minnesota if they win their first round and we would play Philly in the championship game? I don't know if that's been changed, or not?

They are home games for Philly. They ain't losing 2 home games to those teams. I got a tidbit that's not been made public about Johnson the Eagles right tackle he's been playing with a sports hernia for several weeks. That's why he looks like he's seriously hurt and dying, then comes back the next week. It won't be announced until after the season he's having surgery. He had it the first time we played them.

I don't think so. I think that division pretty much comes down to the week 18 matchup between the Jags and Titans. I don't think week 17 can change anything for either team (outside of maybe ties).

You could be correct . I just think you start shelving players you knock off any momentum going into the post season . People might disagree with me in this point but doesn’t the ticket buyer have a right not expect Dallas to treat this as exhibition football ?
