Depending on your diet, whole butter can be used to maintain and or lose weight.

100% correct. Grass Feed, Organic Butter has a lot of natural benefits, according to several studies.

Why on earth are you guys doing cleanses?

Just eat Lean meats, fruit, and vegetables, with some avocado and nut/seeds sprinkled in. Drink nothing but Water or black coffee.

These cleanses are a waste of money.

If you want to lose weight then download myfitnesspal app and start tracking your calories and plug in your height weight numbers into the app so it will give you a starting point of calories needed.

Stop starving yourself on these cleanses because you will gain it all back.. Eating every 2 days is not something you can maintain and your just breaking your metabolism.

Watching what you eat is definitely the way to go because it is impossible to out work a bad diet. There are several ways to eat to achieve your goals though and finding what works best for you is ideal. For me it is less carbs, decent amount of protein and fats.

I eat nothing but REAL food, have a big appetite and yet don't gain weight because I'm always full or satiated because of the good fats and good proteins I eat....it absolutely works, no gimmicks nessacary.

So i been doing ok most of the summer, but a few times i let my guard down and the beast surfaced. Recently i was in AC gambling drinking eating like a pig etc etc. My whole being feels all out of wack now. I'm scheduled to be in FLA Sept 7 (today is 8/1/17) and with the regular season right around the corner I've decided to try this kind of diet/cleanse starting right now.

I am open to suggestions. Here's my plan.

1) BAI Antiwater, Smart Water, Poland Spring Water.
2) Garden of life shakes two or three times daily
3) Fish Oil & about 4k MG vitamin C spread out Daily
4) One meal every two days - Organic Salad - Tomatoes - Apple cider with Broccoli and Grilled Chicken or Salmon
5) No alcohol

I am not going to workout at all for the first week. Ill start walking 5 to 7 miles daily in the 2nd week and try to maintain all of the above until Sept 7th.

Wish me luck. Anyone who wants to jump on board with their own diet methods is more then welcome.

Heading to the store in about a hour or so to get some of the items listed above.
You lost me on no alcohol.

Failed, suffered, tweaking, and trying again.
Youre not the first. Start a few days in a row at first. I tried the 5-2 diet and stuck with it all spring. I'm doing it again this fall. It's easy, two days a week limit yourself to 500 to 600 calories a day. The rest of week earth normally, just don't go crazy very often. You can do 4-3 if you want to lose a bit quicker.
I did my two days on Monday and Tuesday.
You can try your cleanse of those two or three days. Just a little info. Good luck
