JJ isn't all the problem but I strongly think he either needs to stop speaking in public or finally learn what he can and can't say. And I think he needs to let a real GM run the club. At this point I think his undermining the HC is worse than his GM decisions. Those appear to be better.

That was because he wanted a backup not a starter. The giants gave warner the starting job.

Testaverde was coming here to be a vet back who could play in a pinch and teach the young qb's on the roster.

You know like Tony Romo, as romo credits him for teaching him how to be a pro and how to prepare himself during the season and the offseason.

Seems like it worked out pretty good to me.

This is true. Our drafts have been better since Lacewell left, but as long as Jerry keeps undermining the HC and micromanaging the staff and treating the organization like it's a fantasy league team, then we aren't going to win.

The giants offered him that. They had just drafted manning and didnt plan to play him. So warner went there with a chance to start.

Had warner been signed here in 04, he would have been off the roster by 06 just like he was in ny in 05.
