So his answer is to do with a guy whose only been on the roster 5 mins what they didn't do with Weeden whose been on the roster for two years.

Dallas Cowboys radio analyst Babe Laufenberg answered questions Monday after Sunday's 30-3 loss to the New England Patriots.
What else could spark the Cowboys offense?
They are just going to have to do everything just a little bit better. Run block. Run the ball. Receivers have to get open. And offensive coordinator Scott Linehan is going to have to get creative. This offense, not unlike other offenses, is based upon finding the one-on-one matchups. When your outside receivers can't win those matchups, you are going to struggle. I don't care if you have Tom Brady as your QB. So it is time to get creative. Try to manufacture yards though deception. They have limited firepower on offense right now.

Changing QB's is not something you take lightly. It has huge ramifications throughout the team not only in game planning but also the physch of the team. You have to think about the what ifs like if you put Cassel in and he's no better than Weeden or maybe even worse. Or what if Cassel does great then gets injured and you have to go back to Weeden. Talking about losing the team. That's exactly what would happen. Having said all that with the bye week coming and giving the team 2 weeks to prepare Cassel I'd make the change. It's a gamble and I understand the risk and am glad I don't have to make that decision.
These are not starting QB's. If Cassel isn't better than so what. Have to try something. If he can't do it then finally try Moore. Season will probably be lost by then anyhow. I don't see how you lose the team with backups. Neither of these QBs are any good. I don't understand the Romo comparison. Parcells was thinking of making Romo the starter. Neither of these two have a long term future here.
It isn't some thing that should be taken lightly and I'm sure it isn't being taken that way. But you look at what is going on during games and you have to be saying to your self we can't do better than this? If they signed a QB any worse than Weeden then we about deserve what's coming. He's that bad.
I've heard a lot of crazy talk but losing the team because of Brandon Weeden is laughable. This team should have upgraded it's backup QB position but the team's in denial. they don't think Romo will ever get hurt. Should have replaced Weeden after last year. He cost us that Arizona game.
Can't go back?? For one why would they want to. And secondly these are backups. You can do whatever you want. Look at Houston, they can't figure it out who they want to play.
Babe is a goon. He said Romo was done last year.
It depends on if the players think Cassell is the better player or not. Maybe the plan all along was to get to the bye with Weeden then make a switch. Who knows.
