They messed up Newmans original groin injury last season and sent him back to play and he then got the hernia because of it. Felix Jones first diagnosis was wrong as well and we all saw what happened soon after we went back to play/ I think it is quite fair to question the CURRENT trainors and medical staff.

We generally agree but not here. You get a hernia because the connective tissue is 'defective' or has taken a constant pounding. There is no causality but I do suspect they missed the hernia for awhile. Now don't thake this as a mistake as hernias can be difficult to find at times. They are not always evident on exam consistently nor on testing.

I don't know them at all but I suspect the medical staff and trainers are not competent. I suspect they are very competent and talented deserving respect and just rewards.

Dallas fan base in general is a unique animal because we are spoiled, 5 championships will tend to do that. Many are ill suited for the one-step forward, one-step backwards reality of today's NFL. Collectively, we are products of the dynasty era of football and it becomes difficult to come to grips with having mediocre talent behind starters instead of the Lett(s) and Woodson(s) coming off the bench. In our world it sux unless it is a championship, just look at Danny White and the Dandy Don. If they played for the Saints they would be praised as heroes, see Archie Manning for example, but for the boys most give them the meh treatment.

IMO, this is what drives our fan base to be overly cynical. The sad part is that finding misery in everything often leads to a miserable existence. Personally, I rather remain positive because I feel that positive people tend to manifest positive outcomes, life is too short to see everything in a negative light. Just my $0.02.

Note: I think I found the topic for my dissertation for my PhD, lol.
Besides, as peplaw06 has correctly noted, it is easier to be right being negative. If you pick the Cowboys to win it all you have a 3% chance of being right. If you say they won't and list a bunch of reasons that could describe any NFL team you have a 97% chance of being right.

You will notice, as I have, that the panties in a wad crowd never predict who is actually going to win it all. Just that Dallas won't. Yet they still crow and thump their chests about how they told us pom pom shakers (I liked that one) and we just didn't listen.

Color me unimpressed by that transparent tactic. Most of them know so little about the game that I find their promises of doom more laughable than I do annoying.

My sentiments exactly. Give me rose colored lenses instead of turd vision because turd vision sill leave you with a ****ty outlook on life and that is far from my style.

You're welcome. Missed diagnoses are one of the most common causes for a malpractice suit. But I seriously doubt any negligence here.

And you're right about the deaf ears.

No one ever listens to me anyway. It's a good thing I enjoy hearing my own voice. ;)

Well Doc you convinced me... I think that was pretty much it in a nutshell.

Now can we get a pill or something to fix it:D
