Cowboys arrive in Miami

Cowboys Terrell Owens and Roy Williams have arrived in Miami.

Williams was at a news conference for the Pro Bowl, but he answered more questions over the Cowboys’ coaching search. Afterward, he made a beeline for his car, in an attempt to avoid more media.

He did state his preference for an offensive-minded coach to lead the Cowboys, and said it didn't matter to him what system the new defensive coordinator installed.

Owens, however, immediately granted an interview to his good pal Deion Sanders in South Beach for the NFL Network.

The irony of T.O. and R.Williams arriving to the site of the Super Bowl is that, if I had to pick two players least deserving to be at the Super Bowl, based on their putrid play in 2006, and I had to pick one player from Dallas' offense and the other from defense, I would have to pick T.O. and R.Williams, respectively.

Some don't value yards and touchdowns from the receiver position.

They both had moments that didn't look good, but they are still two of the better players on the team even last year. If you truly picked the worst players off the offense and defense you would name Bradie James and Marco Rivera.(With honorable mention to the guys at FS but Watkins at least has an excuse being a rookie)

IDIOTS.... Dat Nguyen was on the radio just the other day (103.3 ESPN I think... either that or 1310 The Ticket)

anyway, the radio host was talking about how he felt Roy was out of position a lot this year, played poorly, etc.... and Dat stopped him mid-sentence basically and went on for like a few minutes about Roy Williams - talking about X's and O's and used examples on how we (the people) may "think" that may be the case, but we're 95% of the time wrong...

if Mr. "Shovel! Shovel!" himself is proving us wrong, I listen

What does Dat know anyway. He didn't play football, the media is right, Roy stinks...

At this point, I'm convinced the entire Dallas media is a troop of 16 year old girls.

Dat is someone who would REALLY know whats going on with the D. Would love for some writer to actually use his head for something and have a long interview with him. But we all know how likely that is.
And anyone thinking that TO was the biggest problem on the O this year, or the worst player, is absolutely a MORON.

Easily Drew Bledsoe was the worst player on offense this year. Eventhough the OL played solid this season, I'd have to say Rivera was the next worse player.

Do you expect Dat to throw Roy under the bus? Would you really expect him to tell the media that Roy struggled in coverage last year?

Because if you honestly believe Roy Williams had a good year in coverage (or in general), you are fooling yourself.

So you think Dat is either a liar or doesn't know what he is talking about. It's one thing not to throw someone under a bus vs. going out of his way to explain how things were not what they appear. Dat was a great player because of his smarts and aticipation, know the scheme. He see's and know things average Joe fan does not pick up.

BP once said I can't make a player look as bad or as good as I want. I'm not saying he was trying to do this, but he made a whole defense look bad down the stretch this year. I assume you read Zimmers little snippets about no adjustments ?
