Having Greg Ellis in coverage is borderline insane.

As soon as Spencer gets healthy, he's got to get out there on early downs and save some of the pass rushing downs for Ellis.

Newman, Kosier, Spencer.....I wonder if all 3 weren't prematurely rushed back and now we're dealing with the consequences. All 3 are well past the original 4-6 week injury timelines, or whatever they were. None of them should be out there til they're closer to 100%.

Personally I think he's being a little too hard on himself. Ware is one person I dont worry about on the field, and Thomas is a close second.

He's on pace for 16 but you guys know that there are chicken littles who think he should be on pace for 32 at this point.

I've been reading Ellis and Spencer are being used alot more in coverage which reduces their pass rushing opportunities..

...That is probably why Ellis leads the team in Piks.........
