With guys like Chow and Cameron out there i could really care less if Garrett leaves.

While I think that statement is totally wrong -- there is a kernel of a good point.

In SD last year, Schottenheimer got canned late and Wade Phillips, Cam Cameron, Rob Chudzinski, Greg Manusky, and Brian Stewart all left -- that's an impressive group of assistants. Turner put together a staff of left over bits and the Chargers are in the AFC championship. So much for assistant coaches being all that important
