If Felix Jones is near 100% and doesn't have to leave the game again early because of injury AND if Garett uses him right i think we have a real good chance to win this one.

Close but we will win it: 27:24.

#1 Flo's penalties will show fans HE's DONE.
#2 Abraham will show Dallas fans that FLo is DONE.

If Garrett uses anybody right, we'll win like 64-25.

This is such a thought provoking grounded in sound football logic post. You should be a coach.

I could of told you Flozell was done two years ago...I don't need this game to rove it.

Flozell, two false start penalties, one tripping penalty and one holding penalty today

Funny, you fail to mention how many sacks he will give up.

It depends on Flo's shoulder. If it's still bad then Abraham will give us fits, if not, Flo will own his butt all day...

I'd worry more about LBs being sent on a blitz to that side. Flo can handle Abraham, but can the RBs/TEs handle the blitzers?

At least someone has a clue...Flo has handled top pass rushers for years. Elvis had a good day but the truth of the matter is that Flo is a very good tackle who does well against the speed rushers if he is healthy. Yes, I know he plays flag football every game but lets not assume that he gives up alot of sacks because he doesnt. Remember, he is a Pro Bowler!

well he gave some against Denver and I'm sure today will be no different against JA.

The best way to neutralize Abraham is to run right at him.If they run right at Abraham,Adams should be able to maul him in the running game(especially in 2TE set).Running the ball at Abraham will negate his pass rush considerably.

Abraham is basically a 3-4 rush LB. The Jets moved him to OLB back in 2003/2004 I think.

Adams has problems with speed rushers, period. When they have a good inside move like Abraham, that's when Adams struggles.

Abraham is going to have a big game if Garrett is obstinate about passing. OTOH, Abraham can be abused by Adams in the running game, so here's hoping that we exploit that mismatch.

I don't think either will abuse the other. JA is still a dominant player who deserves respect. I think he'll be all Flo can handle by himself on passing downs. I do agree that the best way to handle JA in the run is to let him run himself out of the play. Run right at him. He's strong for his size but Flo's got 70 lbs on him.

Atlanta, like us (Adams) should be thinking about life after Abraham.

Let's hope Adams steps up.Abraham is no Hali in terms of quickness.

You're wrong about Abraham. He may have lost a half step but that still leaves him plenty of speed and quickness. JA will have to be game planned and accounted for.

I laughed. But seriously, maybe Abraham should be worrying more about closing the lanes during rushes. If they hold us to under 200 yards rushing I will be surprised.

Don't know about running on them that much but we should be able to break some big plays on them. They will be a handful if they get their run blitz and slants right most of the time.

That would be part of my game plan. Lot's of lead draws against the flow of the defense. Block their slant the way they want to go some, too. We should see lots of draws, traps and counters with flow away from their slants. It isn't going to be easy and there will be a fair amount of no gainers. I just hope Red doesn't panic and get away from the run.

Flo will get his Trifecta of False Starts, Holding penalties and whiffed blocks for a typical Flosmell game. He has been the weak link of the Cowboys for many years. A Flosmall Hat Trick.
Anyone want to bet he gets another holding call that gets a good play called back? There will be false starts today to you can count on that. Watch the way he can whif on a block, it is almost an art. He can come up from his stance and spin around to watch the guy go by. It is truly amazing and nobody can perform that manuver like Flo.
I have been saying since BEFORE Troy Aikman was forced to retire if they do not protect the Quarterback they can not win. In fact poor blocking is why Aikman had to retire.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is a FAIL with emphasis.
