If Roy Williams is saying this now I take as a good sign....Irvin probably said something similar when he was playing.
I like the reference to putting down thier playstations and getting in thier playbook. If Roy hadn't said anything he would have got ripped by everyone...the dude is trying to get to a level of excellence for the offense and I am glad he was not happy. We need more dissatisfied players who want to improve.

Timing comes from practice and preseason, like another poster said its not Aug. so I expect Roy and Romo to work out the kinks.

It's better than that Lions crap he had hanging in his locker last season. Hanging a Lions jersey in his locker did not stop them from going 0-16. I'm glad he's a loyal (ex)teammate and all, but only Dallas Cowboys gear should hang in his locker.

well while roy did say the wr core as a whole. he took that little extra time to say the newer guys need to put the playstations down and get the playbook.

if he still doesnt know his routes maybe he should have said we, instead of they? i dont know.

The continued media reports of Roy Williams and Romo not connecting are alarming. I can't be the only one that sees it. I'm not nitpicking or instigating... I'm just bothered by the fact that the WR we gave up so much for is still not getting it. Last year.. Sure. He came in during the season. Let's write that off. He had all off season to "get it". I thought he and Romo were spending lots of time together during the off season... Why aren't we seeing that progress? If two professionals spend that much time together during down time there is normally some level of crispness between them. I'm not trying to be a Debbie Downer. I'm just a bit concerned over the continued media reports of disconnection between the two...

Feel free to do what you do Hos. I'm sure your defensive feelers will jump out of your head when you finish reading this post......

Fair enough. The continued reports of a lack of (for lack of a better word) chemistry between the two is puzzling. Every mediot can't be out to get Romo and RW11.

Well that goes without saying, but those are the two that every mediot is obviously concentrating on...and some of the mediots *cough*mosely*cough* seem to WANT it to fail to prove a point.

The lack of chemistry between Romo and Ogelsby is hardly riveting blog material.

Thier offensive line looked overmatched plenty of times last year and they won a lot of ugly games. But they got progressively better. Rothliesberger was booed at his own stadium at times.
