that offense handing the chiefs 10 points was quite beautiful.. so tell me, how much control does Wade have over this offense?

Just because he's in there for pass protection doesn't mean they'll never give him the ball. They still have to have some balance.

Look where I posted above. Barber had 1 less 2nd half carry than Choice (and a pass thrown to him) despite obviously not being at full speed, and while Choice was tearing up the field.

This coaching staff simply has no feel for when to play what player.

Okay, maybe I can actually discuss my thread in this game-related thread.

Why on earth was Barber in the game if he's not at 100%? Who made that decision?

I'd like to know as well. Anyone could see the offense was moving with Choice.

He was running hard, moving the sticks and yet he only got 8 carries.

Un-Fricking-Believable.

He averaged 11+ a carry, only touched the ball 8 times in the running game.

Whoever is making the decision to keep him on the sideline needs to be relieved of their duties.

regardless, in that situation you have to take the subpar blitz pickup of Choice coupled with his explosive play potential over the superb blitz pickup of Barber coupled with practically zero explosive play potential due to his injury

every year, there is one game where a player breaks out and the Dallas Cowboys offense supposedly will finally break through. Then Jason Garrett gets back to doing what he is doing.

Miles Austin, Felix Jones, Choice, Bennett...

Funny... I thought the offense handed the Chiefs 3.

Look everyone, here comes the chief plate spinner.

Happens on defense too.

Anyone see Victor Butler lately?

I bet you Wade Phillips has absolutely no input into the personnel of this offense, because he doesn't coach it or all the plays...

My take on the Choice situation is that he must have slept with Garrett's wife. That's the only reason I can think of to explain why Garrett would refuse to play a guy who has clearly been productive every time his number is called.

Fumbling on the 16 yard line isn't exactly making things tough.

Oh boy.. Miles Austin has a good game and this supposedly redeems Garrett's horrible play-calling... where were you before this game?

I agree. I was just saying what I think the coaching staff was thinking.

Seriously... 3 TOs in how quick a span? but it's always the players fault for what happens over and over again...

Aside from the astounding #of mental errors and the inevitable collapse at the end, I don't have many complaints about the defense. They solely kept us in the game while the offense was spinning its wheels (again), and the first TD was set up by Romo's turnover (a la the Denver game). KC never seemed to challenge Jenkins (or Newman, for that matter) till the final drive in regulation. So aside from KC improving their third down conversions, the D did its job.

Are you talking about Crayton on the fumbled punt?

Special teams? Amirite?

Wade wasn't quite as giddy as you might have thought he'd be, considering the alternative. He stopped short of calling this a season-defining win, but did have this to say:

"Our theme was we needed to make one more play and we did."
He also acknowledged Marion wasn't 100 percent.and added with Barber healthy and Felix healthy and Choice "it bodes well for us."

Please Wade... Please go away.
