Poor Performance

Unlike a lot of players in the league I can admit when I played poorly. Yes I missed some tackles I should have made yes I looked like a walk-on NFL player. There is no denying I had a very bad game. It only shows your never full proof in the NFL.

As it was explained to myself and the team before the game, this game was more about individual performance then team performance as per Coach Phillips. So I will not go into what else we as a team did not do in the game. I will simply say in the words of Bill Parcells "this is a very humbling game".

The good news is there is another game next week which means another chance to play. So as for Saturday nights game it's just that (in other words gone).

After watching the tape I didnt do as bad as I thought. In fact it was on my scale I would have gave myself a B minus. Since I'm harder on my self then any coach could ever be that, my actual game grade would be a bit higher. I did miss two tackles, #22 simply got lower than me I bounce off but still made the tackle.

So David as for #22 putting his cleat marks in my chest I have to call BS on that one. Since we are now talking about you David you have been making a few too many S.A. comment that I let roll. I'll simply say you already have few friends on this blog as is, don't make me expose you for the male groupie that you are. You cry out for attention, so I guess today is your lucky day and you cant be mad now that you've gotten it "Groupie";o). When you get what you want your fine, when nobody pays you any attention you wine. Stop being sometimey and be 100% or be nothing.

I was ripped a little when I said Burnett stunk it up and now he is admitting to it. Hope he steps up against Denver.

Unlike a lot of veteran players in this league, you sucked eggs on Saturday night. Who cares if you're "man enough" to admit it? Why did you play that badly to begin with? Because you took advantage of Coach Wade's belief that grown men can be personally responsible for how they prepare?

KB, you had a responsibility to get ready for the season. Your coach had enough confidence to allow you to do that largely on your own. You utterly failed in your preparation.

But thanks for admitting it.

I'm getting sick and tired of watching the "most talented team in the league" get completely worked because of a lack of toughness and preparation. There is a reason why Wade gets miffed at the mention of Camp Cupcake. Because there's some truth to it. Apparently, we have a number of starters who do get it and came into this game prepared. Unfortunately, that's only going to help if we stay completely healthy during the season...

...and that never happens. In this league, if you don't have depth, you ain't got DICK! And if Saturday's game showed only one thing, it's that we don't have nearly the depth we thought we did. What a horrific display.
