'Cowboys time to get Boldin is now'

Someone needs to write an article that states:

'Cowboys way to get Boldin is how?'

When someone figures that out, then they'll be on to something...

Easy go to the Cardinal Front Office and take em hostage.

Tim Cowlishaw E-mail News tips

Text message alert: My Cardinals source just informed me (via my favorite form of communication) that Boldin isn't a bad guy in the least. He's a great guy who just wants to get paid. And his salary is dwarfed by Larry Fitzgerald's.

I think the Eagles' need for Boldin should make Cowboys owner Jerry Jones that much more interested. Boldin has three years left on his deal in which he will make about $12 million more dollars. Fitzgerald signed a four-year $40 million contract ($30 million guaranteed) in the off-season.

Jerry? You listening?

Was his character ever in doubt? I've never heard anything negative about the guy. All i ever hear about him are very positive comments.

I am actually pretty okay with our offense, no need to over spend on a WR just to sacrifice the future. Super bowl aint a science, regardless of team talent you still have to get lucky.

Boldin is not going to be traded this season...AZ already turned down 17 teams all offering at least a first rounder for him. If they trade him, it will be before the draft next year, when draft picks are at a premium.

Cowlishaw needs some new sources - as he's a day late and a dollar short!

Wow, Colishaw must have been against some sort of space filling deadline to write up a nugget of poo like this.

We have a guest speaker in my post's today..like Irvin has on his shows.

His name is Confusious Cowboy.

Confusious Cowboy say:

Cards, already, literally give us Bigg, by not resigning him..he immediately Pro Bowler.

Confusious Cowboy say..

..they dumb.

Cards not get nothing for him. Cards have egg on face.

Confusious Cowboy now say..

Dallas now has interest in geisha Boldin. Wise decision.

But Cards cannot let him go without big pile of fortune cookies so that other teams think Dallas not take advantage of them again.

Dojo Jerry Jones no stupid.

Dojo Jerry Jones no want egg on face, but lust for geisha Boldin as newest geisha to show off.

So Cards say 'no for sale' and plan on keeping geisha Boldin for now knowing Dojo Jerry Jones' team one injury from royal heart attack at WR.

Confusious Cowboy say..

Cards very shrewd like wolf in forest. They wait until Cowboy-sans badly hurting at WR. Then DoJo Jerry and Cowboy-sans need geisha Boldin like thirsty man with no water. Willing to pay any price for drink of water.

Cards like wolf in forest with drink of water. Waiting for opportunity to pounce on Cowboy-sans and make them pay high price for geisha Boldin.

Cards wolf very shrewd. Very shrewd.

Confusious Cowboy say..

be very careful Dojo Jerry Jones. Wolf will not only make pay high price for geisha Bolding but rape future drafts in doing so..

..leaving much egg on face for all to see.

Ah-so.

Thank you Confusious Cowboy..I couldn't have said it better myself.

Well, maybe I could, but I won't try.

These are very wise words to listen to, old wise one.

I think the folks get the message..somehow.

At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this forum is now dumber for having read it. As much as I want to get Boldin on our team its just not gonna happen. What would all of you do if you were the cards? I would make the guy sit or play. I'm not letting a WR of that caliber get away from me. The only other scenario I see playing out is a trade where you gotta sell the house to get him.

It takes two to tango. I don't see the Cards moving him this close to the season.

He can gripe all he wants, but he will go out and play on Sundays.
:hammer:

I still doubt the Cards trade him and if they did I'm sure other teams will be willing to give up more than us.

If I'm the Cards I ask for two #1's if they don't get that than no sweat he just plays for them. If they acually can get two #1's than they should pull the trigger.

myself the same for you Ice..we continue as equals.

Aw..the the old DMN days..I miss the old threats and calling outs and character assassinations..don't you..?

;-)

..here we can just quietly ignore each other.

Retirement from the old posting boards..it's just great.

And it's nice to be remembered, even from your old rivals'.

If T.O goes down with this current crop of wr's, so does the season. Plain and simple.
Or Romo, or Ware. We can't predict the "if" factor, or mitigate it in the salary cap era.

And at least half the posters here will slit their wrists. Those of us that remain may actually enjoy the lower percentage of "we gotta..." threads. YMMV
