I've been praying that I look like a dummy but alas, I'm a genius and the Romo crowd has been benched.

Hmm good thing he hasn't retired yet. Still time to make you be a dummy. Oh and btw idc if we had Brady or Rodgers here the last 10 years neither of them would have won anything with this dysfunctional franchise either.

There were plenty of plays Dak had a clean pocket and just had bad mechanics throwing behind the receivers and throwing at the ground and over their heads.

So you're saying he looked like Romo last year in the same offense

Lol

Lebatard is the biggest clown in America

Hated him for 18 years

Hes a numbers guy all the way

In the early 00's he was asking journalists why does Irvin get more respect then Keyshawn when their numbers are the same.

He picked the Lions to win 10 games, the didn't win any that year

Tried to make the argument with basketball experts that Josh Smith was as good as Scottie Pippen(or Scottie was no better than Josh Smith)because they had similar career numbers. Smith would later become a bench player in Houston before washing out and now plays in Russia

He thinks coaches are worthless but went on and on about how great Steve Spurrier was going to be in Washington

Yearned for Gronkowski to shoot a porn scene

This is only the crap I remember. Will add more upon recall

I hate the man!!
He yearned for Gronk to make a porn scene? Yuck, I don't know why he's paying attention to the Cowboys with his Gronk fantasies. That's weird someone would say that.

Lol

Don't be stupid. Last year in this same offense Romo went 2-0 in games he finished and 1-1 in games he was forced out of. The only game lost with him at QB was the 2nd injury game with the Panthers. And the year before that in this offense he was 12-4.

My God the stupidity of some people on this board.

Wonder if a battle may be brewing between Garrett and Jerry on this one...

Nah they've always been on the same page on this one Romo was always coming back. The Romo presser was all about avoiding the QB controversy distractions for a few weeks and it worked. It was never about Romo conceding the Job permanently. The logic behind allowing Dak to continue to play was limiting Romos exposure to injury, we were winning so why bring him back now let's let Dak get as much experience as he can we will simply bring Romo back week 15 or 16 to knock some rust off. What they didn't take into consideration was how difficult it would be to reinsert Romo. The media basically have promised a fan backlash going so far as to say fans would riot if Romo was brought back. This is very concerning considering the recent racial tension and an election year . The media ratings going up following Romos presser hasnt helped either. This has all made getting Romo back on the field very delicate. I don't agree with how it's going to handled in the end. I would have preferred Dak sit after a win but look for Romo to start after we loose to Tampa next week.

People are acting like we're 11-2 in spite of our QB. We're not 11-2 because of our defense, that's for sure. We're not 11-2 because of our O-line because we had the same O-line last year. We're not 11-2 because of Zeke because RBs have had better seasons and didn't single handedly carry their team to 11-2. We're 11-2 in large part because of the QB.

I swear, this is like arguing with a brick wall. Over and over and over again.

Yes, and you'll be arguing against that brick wall for years to come as Romo is continually passed up for hall of fame nominations .

Given his QB rating the last time he played for an extended period, it's a heck of a lot better guess than what Dak's Pack would like you to believe -- that Romo is broken down and washed up. Now that's a guess. See how this works both ways?

The only difference is, Romo's advocates would like to see him play, so we can take the guesswork out. Dak's advocates? Not so much. What are you all afraid of?

Hey I'm a huge Romo fan I just don't think it's a given to say anybody would've been 11-2 with this team. Not saying I don't think he could've been but a lot of factors go into being 11-2

If "they" think that Romo gives the team a better chance to win the Lombardi this year then sooner or later he's going in.
