He has improved as a QB, that said he's still a guy who freelances, his guys doesn't know who to block, his receivers don't have to run any routes because all he does is improvise, guys have to find a way to get open. That's not how you build an offense or win games. Didn't work with Tebow, it ain't working with Manziel.

The combo of Johnny Manziel and JG will be comical.....Johnny not showing up to the Cleveland facility speaks volume about him....the hate on RG3 is evident, he has a death sentence but any "bum" is welcomed. Says a lot.

As for JG.....he's done no more than bring mediocrity. He's been the head coach long enough and continually accompanied with a pass or excuses.
