He should be a consideration.

4.3 YPC average for the Jets last season.

Their offensive line isn't nearly the equal of the Cowboys.

And it's not like any defense had to respect the Jets passing game.

I think he could come to Dallas and get close to the average YPC that Murray had last season (4.7).

His ypc was higher than Mcfadden last season. An upgrade i think but not much of one.

don't want anything to do with him, he's a declining player and too many off the field issues, gun charges, shot, etc

I'd like that as well. We should bring in 10 rbs and see what shakes loose

Does he still have his speed? Have to admit I've paid little attention to him.

Is he the guy that got shot in the shoulder earlier this off season?

Like off the field issues is a problem for this team?

I think if he can find a fit..bring him in.

I hardly think the RB situation is etched in stone yet.

There is no evidence he had anything to do with the shooting except he was in the wrong place at the wrong time in a dispute.

Considering what we have as of today?

Yeah, beggars can't be choosers. I would bring him in for a look at least. Put him through a workout and see what he still has. He's not in a position to demand much in the way of a contract.

He's not a complete back, but he's always been a home run threat every time he touches the football. With the effective blocking of this line and the threat of the passing game, I think the opportunities would be there for him if he still has his speed and explosiveness.

Not an issue to bring him in for a tryout if he's willing to play for a minimum "show me" incentive deal only.

Every RB in football is drooling to run behind this line.

Then let's throw the position wide open to the entire league.

We need RB help still if we are going to repeat this year.

Leave no stone unturned.

I never have felt McFadden was the replacement for Murray.

He's a possible answer.
