Yeah I tend to agree. I think his reputation is a bit sketchy at this point, so in consideration of his career he's gonna play nice. He's in a position to succeed as a line coach so do the best job you can. I mean isn't Dave Wandstandt the special teams coach for the Bill? Talk about a fall.

Amid much talk of teams gelling, there is certainly something to be said for chemistry among the coaches.

Their approach, philosophy, priorities, work ethic, scheme familiarities, and even comradery will contribute greatly to their success.

Remember how solid Wandstadt was in Jimmy's system -- he hasn't coached well at all outside of it.

Having said that, I'm SMH over the cacophony created by this odd mix of generals and colonels at VR. Seems like Jerry has gone nuts with band-aids (thinking that will surely stop the bleeding), while needing as much experienced input as possible to fill his own visionary void.

I'm not expecting any improved success to emerge from this chaos, especially with next year's schedule.
