Completely forgot Gadsden played for Dallas. Just remember him in Miami. So slow towards the end of his career, but he could catch anything thrown his way

You know they are good friends, right? I seem to recall stories of Garrett at Aikman's wedding and maybe vise-versa.

Yeah, I was just pulling the chain. But Troy being good friends with Garrett goes a long way towards explaining why he is so darn biased when he calls our games.

They should suit up Dallas Bryant and put him in the line up. Wouldn't be the first time a monkey took part in a major sporting event, just google Jacko Flacko.

Well our offense is so vanilla, even a monkey could run it.

I gotta go with Troy here. Never heard of a stable person owning a monkey.

This is what I thought of when I first heard it.

Could definitely be an indicator that the wheels are falling off.

Meh. I just feel like Aikman has been unnecessarily hard on the Cowboys since Romo blew up in 07. I'm starting to wonder if he's upset about all of his records being shattered.

Like he's almost scared to say that the Cowboys are losing because they don't have Romo, and that Romo is the real heartbeat of the team.

That's the way he comes across to me, anyways.

I don't think so. Aikman is trying too hard not to be bias unlike Michael Irvin.

Is Dez bringing his pet monkey into the locker room? And if he is, is Dallas Bryant scripting plays?

Dallas Bryant has twitter account that I find more entertaining than 99% of rest of twitterverse.

I doubt he's upset that Romo is breaking his records. Troy sacrificed numbers to lead a run-oriented offense. And one record Romo isn't close to breaking is Troy's three Super Bowl rings.

If anything you'd think he'd be sorry for him. All those good years and not even close to a SB.

Is Troy seriously trying to place the blame of the Cowboys losing on Dez Bryant getting a monkey?

The jealousy of Romo is real.

I think you need to go back and reread the article.

How can anyone get that Troy is jealous of Romo because he talks about a monkey from 20 yrs ago?

Are people seriously talking about and worrying about a freaking pet monkey? Jesus. What a stupid thing to worry about.

I still can't believe we're discussing a pet monkey.

I don't think we are. I felt Troy was saying that this is a red flag that the locker room is not being professional and players not being focused which says the leadership from the top isn't cutting it.

I've been hard on Garret the last couple weeks with him not making adjustments. But I am also disappointed with Garret this season as far as being a leader. I would be mad if the players have monkeys, or dogs, or whatever zoo animal in the locker rooms and at practices. Also I would be upset if players were having their tailers making their suits at Valley Ranch. That would just show the players are running the team and no team wins with the players running the show. Coach needs to run the show.
