Do we dare entertain this

Oh, that would go over like a bad fart but I would be open to it.

Me too. The best QB coming out of the draft would go to us. Another QB on a rookie deal. We won't have to worry about Irving or the cigarettes. We wouldn't have to face either one as they'd be smoked out. But no way do the Giants accept that.

I'd trade our right tackle if there was a market for him.

Flemming could much more easily replace the production from the incumbent at the right tackle spot.
That crossed my mind too but I was just thinking about the age factor with
71vs 77... I agree with everyone that he's still a great player but great players get cut/ traded everyday b haha

Yeah, offensive line cannot be under appreciated. Look at what Goff is doing. Look at what a QB like Ryan Fitzpatrick does when given the time to throw. It's Fitzmagic. When pressured it's Fitztragic!

Surprisingly La'el is only 2 years and 6 months younger than Tyron. Now La'el has much less miles on him obviously lol

We are all "fan boys" sitting at our computers. "We" cannot entertain anything personnel-related since we are not the Cowboys.

Anyway, you do not trade away your franchise LT for a draft pick.

Agree, but when someone wants start name calling then we can do that too..it's a forum to have discussions simple and plain..no need to be disrespectful.
"We" can and cannot entertain whatever we wish because the platform allows us to do so. You chose to not entertain with your response. I appreciate your opinion greatly as I do others which I why I proposed the question. Thanks man

I hate saying this but I would entertain taking/making calls for Tyron to try to get back in the first round.
Go with cam Fleming who is 26 years old and draft.
Love Tyron and what he's meant to the team for the past decade but he's breaking down. May as well do it a year early than a year late ‍♂️

Am I smoking too much David Irving or am I on to something ??
Oh wow, are you talking about the same Fleming that looked like a human turnstile vs Preston Smith and basically had to be helped with chips on every passing play? He's a barely serviceable backup and definitely not someone you want starting long term! The rumors of Tyrons demise are greatly exagerated!

The problem with Smith wasn't that he couldn't do his job properly, it was Williams/Suafilo to his right he had to cover for. Sure he's got some injury concerns. But he still has it.

He doesn't mention Dak at all in his post, nor has anyone else.

Your inability to read and inability to create any post without mentioning Dak is perplexing. It really says a lot
It's not that hard to extrapolate the thought process... The team is almost certainly going to extend Dak for big dollars. And this thread is suggesting trading our LT, his blind side protector. The two positions go hand in hand.

I was actually going to start a similar thread here asking if the Cowboys should put the tag back on DeMarcus Lawrence and trade him away for multiple picks; including a first rounder.

As others have said, Dallas wouldn't get a first for Tyron Smith at this point. The back issues are the sticking point. But if the Cowboys could get a 1st and a 3rd for Lawrence; I wonder if they could survive with Crawford, Gregory, Armstrong, and (gulp) Charlton at end.

ahhh, no to Cam Phlegmming and dangle an 8 year vet with a wonky back and knee into the stream and catch a what, minnow? Sucker? Low level bottom feeder? Suggest T is worth more than a minnow as a starter here. He be a'ight

Would I do that or would the team. I would consider it. The team won't. Lawrence gets the big payday. Cooper is our first round draft pick. Want to shore up the LT spot draft a LT. Or maybe, just maybe C Williams adds muscle and strength making him a legit LT with T moving to RT. Tank will be here and Tyron will be here in 2019.
