chido wasn't good and j lew was benched. just getting a guy that gets snaps doesn't mean a player is good. do they push the needle to get a chip none of those guys did that

chidobe, lewis, woods and noah brown were all good picks, taco just didn't pan out....so basically we got 5 of 9 to give us some decent production with a couple of them being starters at different points.

The draft was a C looking back on it now but not terrible - i think most people have this one somewhere between a C+ and a B which would indicate better potentially. I think the problem is people just do not realize how few starters come out of most drafts...outside of the first couple of rounds, most picked players are going to be backups or out of the league in a few years.

Chido has been really good in Cincy. That’s a coaching issue not scouting.

J Lew was benched when? In his 2nd year? He’s been the starter until his lisfranc he suffered on an interception. A solid starter is always going to be a good 3rd round pick.

Seemed early, but we routinely see surprises among TEs from college to NFL

And NO I'm not at all saying he is these guys but just a reminder...........

Kittle went in the 5th and had very limited college production
Kelce went in the 3rd rd, had one good year in college
Andrews went in the 3rd, but did have good production in college
Waller went in the 5th round and had marginal production in college
