Losing him isn't the end of the world. Yes, he is a respected coach with a good track record.
However, did he have a stable of good WR's who all had trouble with drop's, & rout running? Oh Yes.
Did he have trouble keeping them from creating all of the infintile DRAMA they caused? Oh Yes.
Did he have a known poor route runner for 1/2 a season who ended the year with NO improvement from day one? Oh Yes.
With all we've seen from that collective group this year, I could take him or leave him.
With all this in mind, I'm not there day to day to know the entire impact he has with these guys. This is based on what we all saw on the field this year.
