Do You Like Hot/Spicy Foods?

Not a fan of food that's hot just to be hot. People confuse spicy food with cajun food. I find cajun food flavorful not spicy. Best food in America. Everyone should eat gumbo, red beans and rice, crawfish etoufee, boudin, dirty rice, catfish coubillion, boiled and fried crawfish and jambalaya before they die.

Gave a guy at work a Habanero set him on fire he went to the boys room to take a leak but forgot to wash his hands double whammy

I heard an interview with Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull once, and he did the same thing, but with jalapeños he'd picked. He decided to chew up a mouthful of antacids into a paste and smear it on himself. He said it worked a little, but I doubt it was anything more than just the coolness of the paste, since capsaicin isn't an acid.

I grow Carolina reapers and Trinidad Scopions and make homemade salsa out of them.
