Grier. No upside to Rush.

My line of thinking as well, but is Grier the better option right now? I guess it comes down to whether they want to try to win now, or take some time to see what they have in a QB not named Dak. I think we know the answer, and I also think the logic is flawed.

With his better familiarity of the offense, lets see how far he can bus drive and keep us close despite a noodle arm and zero mobility.
then if we struggle so badly, then Wil Grier can start warming up.

Unlike the Vikes game when Rush had Amari and Cedrick Wilson, he's basically working too much with scrub and JAG wideouts

Grier seems to operate faster and more lively than the stiffer Rush, but Grier can also be wildly inaccurate and make more bad decisions.
