Does any team draft better than Dallas?

Dallas roster is mostly made up of their own draft picks. Not simply mediocre players but players that are playing well. What teams draft better?

Having a team mostly made up of your own draft picks is a lot more impressive when you actually win in the postseason. Otherwise, it's just we like our guys.

Hoping it finally starts to payoff this season.

They have definitely gotten better in the past 3 years. The team overall under McCarthy is light years better than the Garrett debacle. Now it’s time for that to translate to postseason wins.

Well we did waste 10 years handing over a bunch of great draft picks to Jason Garrett and that bunch..

But to answer the question no.. No one drafts as well as the Cowboys.. They are the most home grown team in the league and have been for a while.. Now that we have a legit coaching staff (except maybe for the OC and the OL coach) we might see all that good drafting come to fruition.

There is a long list of Cowboy draft picks who have gone and won Super Bowls with other teams.. Seems like that throws poop directly on the coaching..
